Asian food is just meat dipped in spices to make it look good.
Cajuns actually cook their food instead of drowning it in sauces and spices. |

| I love the cajun culture. One of my dreams is to visit Louisiana's cajun areas and try to speak with the elders the "real" french. I am highly interested in the cajun culture; their food is lovely and their language is admirable |

I hereby command you to have at least" 1 order of Cajun fries, a beignet, shrimp, gumbo with crackers,and some Zatarian's jumbo, it's cheap and tastes great.

when i went to nawlins my main meal was some form of alligator
there was shrimp and grits with alligator sausage as an appetizer then some jambalaya with duck in it and alligator po boy with fried alligator as an appetizer
also beignets from cafe du monde but i never could find books in french |
