I am forced to make this, so lets begin.
First off, in my opinion the way the ranks work is flawed. You have the Syndicate and Mentor's Guild both leading up to Warrant Officer. In this model, you have all these people getting to this semi-high rank and not being able to go any further. At this point, most people get bored and just quit. I'm not sure how you would fix this without a complete rank clean up but just a thought, and again my opinion only.
This leads me to the next thing, Executives. I do not think democracy is working when so few people in a 20K member clan are voting. And I also don't think that all the ranks should be able to vote on such crucial matters, only something like Officers+ or something should be allowed to vote. Or, we can just scrap the whole democracy thing and you and the HRs can just pick the Executives as people dont always vote for the best candidates rather their friends. Or we can even go so far as to you solely choosing the Execs. and taking suggestions from others.
Oh and more urban less frozen volcano please.
So yeah that's all for now, just my opinions feel free to disagree but please provide reasons why. |

| People should vote for representatives just like the US does now. |

It's like that in every clan; once you get to Warrant Officer in UAF, Marshal in RAT, etc, you stop, and have to work two times, three times as hard to get a highrank.
The problem is that some people are not working that hard, and THAT is why they get clumped there.
Assuming we keep an election system, I have improved the ability to move up easier with more high ranks chosen per election.

@Holy, democracy only works when the people are well informed,
In the US only adults are allowed to vote,
In UAF, kids are voting |

@MOOJL But in RAT their are 43 Marshals in UAF there are 94. So you have to work 4x harder, and these elections on ROBLOX are popularity votes, not who does the best job......................................... |

Mate, You can't be a High Rank if you can't earn it.
Its simple Logic, If there 'will' power is not enough to earn that position,
Then they are not worth any ones time.

The thing is, though, we high ranks are not led by Warrant Officers.
Because of this, we may say 'Oh, he has such great leadership skills!" based on what we see, but in reality, it's very possible that when we aren't around, they're not very decent people.
The mere observation of an experiment changes its outcome; so with highranks looking on, people are more likely to try and impress us then, than they are when we're not around.
This, in my opinion, is why the people, no matter what age they are, should vote; because even if they're not mature, they know who's best.
And voting for friends is not necessarily a bad thing, because if they were bad people, they wouldn't have many friends, would they?
But of course, these are my opinions.

@MOO, yes, your right about the Warrant Officer thing,
I know this is a people's clan, but I don't think elections are working anymore. And I didn't make this because I lost in the last ones; Hazimo deserved that spot. I made this because I don't think the best candidates for Executive are being chosen, most of them go inactive unless I am missing something. |

| Well, make it so it isn't mandatory to vote. If they want a certain policy passed, they'd vote. If not, they don't. |

See, there's really only one way to get Executives motivated to stay active; and that's removing the legislature cap.
The only reasons I do not want to do that, however, is because Ben told me not to, and it adds to the probability of an admin attack, where, right now, I trust all of my Legislatures, and the possibility is minuscule.

| Why don't you just make the mentors and the syndicate harder? Also rat had the one division which gives more ranks past marshal. Try to do that maybe? |

I can see what your saying,
But as I read this I thought of WIJ, do they not have a policy where Officers if do not hold trainings once a week they get demoted? Or something of that sort.
Perhaps we should enforce a policy of that sort? I realize there are many reasons to stay inactive but just something to think about.

@Math
The syndicate is basically like Vindicator's, except it's easier to get through.
And, making it harder is kind of difficult, seeing as it's based on your skill relevant to that of your peers, not doing set exercises.

@MOO
Alts help you see who people are when you aren't around.
Sometimes acting like you are dumb, you don't like to follow orders, etc. lets you see how people react to those kinds of things. |

MOO, not to get off topic of the thread but, I was demoted in the syndicate, I'm guessing because I've been inactive and somebody cleared out a bunch of trainers, how might I earn it back?
That WIJ policy would work well for the syndicate. |

Shadow's in charge of the Syndicate, but usually, it's just from seeing you continue to attend trainings, after achieving Grade 5.

| We need some syndicate reforms too. It's too inactive. I don't even want to hold trainings anymore because only 3 people show up. |
