| My game won't let me build objects under the baseplate. At maximum, it'll let me place a model under, what do you reccomend doing? It won't let me change my brick sizes so I can't build under it. |

Dear thek0lkd,
If you go onto the ROBLOX studio and to into edit mode, you won't show your poayer and you'll be able to shift your camera you you can se the bottom of the baseplate. Then, you may insert a brick or model. You can put it underneath. Just to be safe, remember to go into the properties area and make sure that the brick, or putty much every brick in the model, is anchored.
Best of wishes, Zac87544 |

Dear Zac87544,
This isn't the letter writing part of the website. On this part of the ROBLOX site, is called the forum. Here, you reply to threads, or make them. If you wish to talk to a single individual inside that thread, you put the at symbol(@), then put their name.
Sincerely, theopfor |

| use the xyz move tool - the one with orange arrows to move around the bricks, that way you can conveniently put them under the baseplate :) |

| I think you misread my post, the problem is, I already built a ton of stuff on the baseplate, it just won't let me RESIZE bricks UNDER it. I can insert models though, I might as well just build a huge model and then put it under, but is there an easier way? |

| I tried making a model, but It won't let me put it under it, the only thing it lets under are free models. Should I delete the baseplate and replace it? |

The baseplate is at 0.2 y . Zero is meant to be the bottom of your game . If you need to build under this, then CFraming is the way to go. Use -y in CFrame to build under base. game.Workspace.Part.CFrame = CFrame.new(0,-2,0) This command will put a part 2 studs under the base plate. But to save trouble in your game you should raise the base for easier building. To raise a base you need to unlock it so it can be selected, then move it like a part with the axis tool. |
