If you see my blurb you get a pretty good impression on how I feel about CFrame. Isn't it just kind of a waste of time? Look at classic games like Crossroads and Ultimate Paintball CTF. There isn't a CFrame in sight and yet they're some of Roblox's most cherished games.

If you are aiming for detail, it is important. Sometimes it is nice to use it, but some games are so fun, that detail really doesn't matter.

@Theop

I agree in some parts. I mean, there are sledding levels and stuff, which would be really boring without CFrame. But there are brickbattles out there that are just covered in CFrame. I mean, what's the point? Brickbattles aren't really for staring in awe at building masterpieces. They're for killing everyone in sight. It just feels like people use CFrame to show off now.

I think that no matter what, a brickbattle should have no CFrame. To me, a brickbattle is all about killing, and destroying.

CFrame wasn't even around back then. . .

@Smurf

OH GOD THAT SLAPS ME ON THE KNEE

CFrame was definitely around then, but people had little or no interest in it

Notice how nobody said anything about CFraming until someone necrobumbed? Should I get out more old threads?

people holding no interest in it means that not a lot of people knew of its existence. If CFrame didn't exist, then peoples' characters would have had to move at 90 degree angles when turning.

Gosh, 10ers.

"Gosh, 10ers."

You really don't realize how stupid that made you sound. I'll find some more threads. . .

Don't you think the admins would be sure to make something as inportant as CFraming common knowledge >.< Especially when nobody from alll the threads I've found have had a better way to tilt bricks then putting a brick on top of another brick and anchoring it?

How would you learn about it if nobody told you of it's existence? If there was a wiki back then, I'm sure people were desperate for it, and would definitely know of it. Hate to break it to you, but you are wrong. Hell, what if they made it a huge deal in the news, all I gotta do is look it's archive.
