You need something like Paint dot net, or Photoshop. Go to the hat you wish to retexture, and subtract one from the very end value, save the picture that comes up to your computer, edit it, and upload it as a decal to roblox. Then take the decal's value - 1, and put it in for the texture of the hat.

Paint.NET, not Paint dot net. Makes it sound like a crap product.

I said that because Roblox loves to ban people for no reason when posting helpful links. Don't come crying to me when you get banned for posting off-site links...

The mods aren't stupid, and the fact that the post bot didn't block it means they didn't notice it.

| Paint.net sucks, use GIMP for the original image and edit it with Paint.net. |

make a Texture, upload it into a decal, go into a game, put it on a brick (You should be on Studio) go on the brick properties, go on the Texture ID, copy it.
Then go on the hat/gear (or what ever you go on) go on its properties, go on the mesh, and replace the olf Texture ID (on the mesh) from the one you copied from the brick. |

I agree, I do like to use GIMP, but that still doesn't mean Paint.net sucks.
