◦Honest — Display sincerity, integrity, and candor in all your actions. Deceptive behavior will not inspire trust.
◦Competent — Base your actions on reason and moral principles. Do not make decisions based on childlike emotional desires or feelings.

| o.o well sun I guess I accidently said what you kinda said, only mine is shorter and yours goes into a lot more detail. Dont get me wrong I love people who write a lot, I just found out that normally people see my long writing as an annoyance so I tend to keep it down. Also for that person who said I wanted a promo, just so you know I am a Captain which is under Admiral so no I do not want one since I got as high as I can get at this moment in time. |

Nah... Just posting the link to a more complete guide.
I used to have one of my own, but lost it on the forums, since I did an essay on it.
Instead of re-typing it, I just posted my source.
Most people do not read a lot, but it is not much reading, a book is a lot of reading.
If they want to become a better leader, they will put in the effort to do so. Which would mean they would almost anything that would help them. Reading books in general will help as well. |
