Why us?
As I think about the clan world, it seems clear that it is changing rapidly. And I can see that other clans thrive just as much as we do. But it has occured to me that their is a massive problem with many of the newer, nowaday clans.
They lie.
They make many promises.
And can't live up to their word.
Now, I'm not saying every other clan is like this. I know of many good, honest, clans who keep to their word on their honor, skill, and kindness of their HRs. However, some of the newer leaders just don't understand the difference between being a good clan and saying you are a good clan. It's not their fault. They just haven't had the experience to know what to do. Just in one day for example, I went on a few raids with some fellow clanmates and guess what?
Three out of three of these small clans spawnkilled, used unfair weapons, and insulted us(declaring they were more skilled and were better than everyone else in the clan world and we were "noobs.") It makes it hard to complete a simple raid due to their pride.
That's why we do whatever we can to be different.
Before you start posting claiming that how can TZA do this and that we're lying as well, think again. And I swear on all that is true to me that as far as I can see, we try our hardest to show that there's a better way to fight, to respond, to behave as memebers of a clan. We're not perfect(no clan is, we're all human, aren't we?) We train hard and treat eachother as friends(our leader knows almost of all us by name! And we're about a 150+ plus clan!) We've had our moments where we made mistakes, but TZA has survived. Promotions are given out fairly, our leader recently set up a council to make sure no one gains too much power or does anything unfair, raids and training sessons are held and most of us are pleased. And best of all, our ideas, questions, and concerns are listened to by me and all the other HRs. We are a new breed of clan, a new shade upon the grays. And we have a lot to teach to other smaller clans, I'm sure of it.
Now, I can't force you to join. I won't say that I am certain you will join(isn't it annoying when people say things like that in ads? Just asking.) But I do hope to see new memebers on the front lines of battle. Isn't that what most leaders and HRs want for their clan?
