As you know, the weapons in Survival 303 are split into two catergories, hunting weapons, and weapons made for player combat. However we are considering making the tools damage both animals and players. This will also allow hats back into the game, as the new weapons will be able to damage players wearing "protective" hats.

This update will also change how some weapons work. For example, spears have longer range then swords, however inflict less damage, and have longer reload time. Javelins due to their unlimited uses, will be given longer reload times. Also depending on the material the javelin is made of, it changes it's range, (Stone javelin = 50 range, as it is the lightest object, Steel javelin = 30 range, as it is the heavist object)

Also we're going to make mithril more like it's fictional counterpart. So it'll be lighter then steel, however this'll mean mithril will be more "overpowered" due to it's strength and lightness. So mithril respawn times will be much longer.

So give us your opinion and post on whether or not this update should be implemented.

Sounds good to me. However hats affect swimming. Because I noticed whenever I'm able to wear a hat ingame, it won't let me swim if i'm wearing it. It says swimming but i'm still walking on the ocean floor. So you may need to do some tweaking on the swim script to reallow hats.

ElBurrito, well that's mainly because you're wearing multiple hats that weigh you down. However I guess we could fix that problem.

PLEASE Implement you ideas into the game. It'll make the game much more realistic, yet still have that medieval feel to it.

i think that u should just make finding mithril in the most common spots nobody would suspect it or you could make another secret cave and let the finding be harder so people cant rule the second cave but only the first which means that people still have a chance of finding it and u should make a script that says that nobody can rule the second cave if any action of ruling the cave is done then that person doing it dies :P xD or you could just take the first caves mithril and move it to a hard to get to spot

I agree but, PLEASE don't make the javelin have like a 20 second reload time. Also, please make the long bow have a like 5 second reload time, because in real life it only takes about 2 seconds to grab another arrow and shoot it. Other than that I agree, but please don't change the resepes, or remove any of the tools. Also you should make the regular killing wepons not hurt the animals as much as the hunting wepons.

I agree. As long as you can fix the hat swimming problem, I totally agree. This would be a nice update, as I could do many more things.

mithril should be common and we should have bigger houses and add a new building called shop have it should be big and have a trade thing like pick a player then what do u want to trade and click on the item you want to give or trade and i like the idea

i dissagree with the hats i tryed making a game with hats once i had to remove them because a bunch of people were throwing their hats on ground even though i put a hat remover

i dissagree with the hunting weapons doing more to animals warrior fighting weapons are made heaving and stronger so that would make the warrior weapons more powerful

I don't know about the extended Mithril resouurce time,wouldn't it be better just to put mithril deposit in an isolated area with no resources nearby, so tat people cannot settle there and have a monopoly on it.

I like it because it is all relating to real life in that it makes it more realistic. Really, which will go farther if you through it: a pebble or a boulder? Also hats are good because it like in real life, armor is needed to protect the head from damage.

Sounds good, but here's one suggestion. Maybe when you use a bow you can select from 2 kinds of arrows, the regular arrows that we have now, and maybe barbed arrows. Barbed arrows would do less on-contact damage but would do damage over time. Maybe slingshots could also shoot eggs, which although fairly useless with damage could cause splattering over the screens of human opponents.

IM AM SUPER AGREEING ON HAVING JAVELINS AND SPEARS DAMAGE ENEMY PEOPLE!!!!!!!! (Sorry for caps)

But please add a battle-axe and a battle-hammer and perhaps a compund bow?

Arrows can be stone tipped or iron tipped.

Make a "crafted" system for tools

Goes like this

Crafted Iron Sword=

1 Anvil 3 Iron 1 Anvil

See what I mean?

Also the compound bow has way longer firing rate than any other bow but has longer range than a Long bow and more damage. (Compound Longbow)

Compund Longbow=
2 Medium Handle 3 String 1 Iron

Also add a Shortbow, a fast firing bow with minimal range however, epic killer if armed with bolts. (this can be armed with arrows or bolts)

Problem here is its range so you need to get close and becareful of armored enemies.

Also I like suggestion above also add poisoned arrows.

Hmmmm..... well this might be my last idea.

A sledgehammer. (I think there already is a hammer idk)
