Only one more team to beat until we play at Texas Stadium. (Where the Dallas Cowboys play) We stand in the semi-finals, currently. Last week, in Victoria, we beat Sweeny 28-0. This week, we beat the Devine Warhorses, 38-12, and stopped their record-winning runningback from making the #1 National points scored and rushing yards record. Read:
Devine running back Joseph Sadler eclipsed two impressive records and fell short on two others: Points scored in a season (state) Record: 451, Sadler, 2011 Previous: 395, Ken Hall, Sugar Land, 1953 Points scored in a season (nation) Record: 453, Brett Law, Sheridan, Ind., 1988 Sadler: 451 Rushing yards in a season (area) Record: 3,834, Sadler, 2011 Previous: 3,374, Marcus Wright, Reagan, 2007 Rushing yards in a season (state) Record: 4,045, Ken Hall, Sugar Land, 1953 Sadler: 3,834

But next is our biggest challenge, our biggest rival...Coldsprings. Last year we made it to the semi-finals, and they beat us, but this time our defense has improved.
