Instead of making a decal, putting a big brick in your place, putting the decal you made on the brick, and all that stuff, an idea for something easier to do this is:
Putting a "upload game picture" button in the configure settings. It would have an "on" button so you could upload one you made, or the "off" button, for the regular game picture after you save and exit from your game.
That way, there will be no mess ups on the game picture's fit on the screen or thumbnail, no bad lighting on the decal to make the picture too bright or too dark, or blurry images from text that is unreadable. |

| why do you even need a decal, why not just make a 3D picture in the corner of a map where noone can see it, assuming you don't want it visible of course... |

| I mean like decals made from programs, like Paint.NET. |

yes, just upload them as a decal then put them into your game, if you have more than one game it saves ages of time
Most of the decals in my game are handmade off Paint.NET, and they didn't waste any of my time with fancy uploading rules
besides, how would they be moderated? |

@poke: the same way as normal decals get moderated. besides, some people may not know how to make a decal work like this. or it may go wrong. so, support. |

| It's would be a decal, they would still be moderated, and they could make a "choose from decals" idea also or something. |
