In this thread you will find 5 differnt ways to make Roblox better. if you think this is too long then just skip to the Tl;dr at the bottom. The past few days I have been using all of Roblox, not just the forums, and found 5 things that Roblox can change/improve on.
Chapter I - [The Front Page] Chapter II - [The New Bodys] Chapter III - [The Trade Currency] Chapter IV - [Sean's Hybrid Server] Chapter V - [The Forums]
Chapter I - [The Front Page]
1.1 Many forumers do not go to the front page because of the badly made games. I do visit the front page often and find maybe 1 good game everytime. They should have a system where you can rate a game 1-5 stars. After thinking this over many people could spam votes, create alts to vote, or not even play the game, and still vote. The way this would work is;
1. Player enters game 2. Player plays games 3. Player leaves game 4. Play is prompted to give it stars 5. The game that has the highest star rating for that day goes to the front page.
1.2 The star count would reset each day, making it a fair chance for new games to get on the front page. This would also make it easier for better games to get on the front page.
Example:
Game with 100 players with a 1 star average < Game with 5 players with a 5 star average
The game with the 5 star average will get on the front page instead of the 1 star game. This will make it so just becuase a game has alot of peope, it might not be on the front page.
1.3 There will also be a section for the all time highest rated place.
Chapter II - [The New Bodys]
2.1 When Roblox fist announced they were coming out with new bodys I saw many complaints. Some people even quit. The new bodys are a great idea. Recently Roblox released some BC Beta bodys from 50-100R$. I have one of them and I think it looks great. Roblox also said that the new bodys are optional, which some people were releved.
2.2 When you try to use a new leg and an old torso or vice versa they are compatable, but they do not look good. It's like putting a square brick on a round surface, it's ugly. They also have a problem with holding some gear.
Roblox has a great concept going, but it needs alot of work, especially if they want to put out that animation tool.
2.3 Speaking of the animation tool, where is it? In one fo the Obc casts they showed us a demo of it. the only thing for animation right now is the Skateboards.
Chapter III - [The Trade Currency]
3.1 When was the last time they updated the Trade Currency? Never. It could use some work. For people that understand the TC and know how to use it, they should be able to view the TC in an "Advanced Mode". This would add a new look to the TC. New features would include:
-A calcuator : This would let you have a built in calcuator with some special TC features. -A timed trade : This would give you an option where if your trade dosen't go through in _______ minutes, it will cancel. -Who's trading what : You can view who's trading what trade.
3.2 I think this would help advanced TC Robloxians trade with ease.
Chapter IV - [Sean's Hybrid Server]
4.1 I'll post it.
"I decided that with the realization of new problems on the Hybrid Server, that there needed to be and unexpected 5th version added. In this version I will outline new problems, fix most most errors that are in the original idea, and add some new content to the basics of the Hybrid server. So please read it all, an provide constructive commentary, and positive comments. I accept commentary against it, and problems that you may find, but give proof and reasoning behind your logic. Also, this is definitely longer, so if you say it' too long, I understand. But don't post it's to long, some people will read this, and it's them who will help make this server a reality. So thanks for reading if you decide too, and I hope you enjoy!

1) The basics - What is the Hybrid Server, and how is it different from what ROBLOX uses now? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, right now, ROBLOX's games are completely online based. The avatars, the bricks, the scripts, are all compiled when we enter the game. This process works great for a quick load time, but is definitely not great when it comes down to game play. Here is the basic concept of the ROBLOX server. The server is loaded, and created by a player when one server or full, or no server is present. The player then enters the server, and everything is compiled on the spot. The weapons, the scripts, the bricks, are all compiled while you're in the server, and those bricks, and all the other things come from a file on the site, that tells the game what to compile. This tells what everything is, where it goes, and what it does using scripts. And the newest server, gets the latest version of the uploaded file.
Now, this Method works great, but I'm sure you guys have played other games, REAL games, like F.E.A.R., Bioshock, and other games. These games are solo based. They have the maps, the guns, and everything already made, in files on your computer. All that needs to happen to use these files, is execute them. This allows for smoother game play, and a much better game.
Now, what this is suggesting, is the creation of a Hybrid form of game play, that combines the aspect of online, and solo servers. This, will more than likely be a a great hardship to accomplish. But it could be very rewarding. And in my opinion, the biggest thing that's stopping them from doing this, is knowing where to start.
So here is a great place for ROBLOX to start planning. To start, ROBLOX should add a core file to their program files, that the uploaded game downloads to, just like a from a solo aspect game. Now, when everything is loaded onto the file, everything is already compiled when you start playing. And there would be less lag because you would have the game already compiled when you start. Now, ith this, there could also be additions to what the game loads. Like the physics could be better implied in a game that's already compiled, than a game that's just being slapped together while you are in it.
I'll explain that in a little bit more detail. You see, with the current server ROBLOX uses. There are thousands processes running at once, from compiling the bricks, to loading your avatar and all the stuff on it, to loading and executing the physics that are in place. With the game preloaded, a lot of that non-sense would already have been done. And the physics could be more easily implied, and added to each game. So this is another way that the Hybrid Server could reduce lag. The only downside is you actually have to download the game, but that would just be like compiling, but with a load bar.
And it's one of those things that starts getting faster as you go along. So if ROBLOX actually does do this, you would only have 1 really long download, then everything else would download a lot faster.
Now, what about when you leave a game? Well, when you leave a game, I hope that ROBLOX makes it so that the game is immediately cleared from that file, making it open for another game. So basically, as soon as you leave, that game deletes itself from your computer, and you're ready to start on another server, or play a different game. And like I already said, downloading gets faster the more you do it.
Now, some people said that such a process would take an amazing amount of RAM and memory, and would really slow our computers. While this process me seem complicated, and however big it may seem, the process of compiling a game all at once definitely takes a lot more that this. You see, the game itself, wouldn't be much more than 5-25 megabytes at a time. I know that may seem like a lot, but with what your computer can actually hold, it's hardly anything. And if you can't hold that much each time you play a game, you should really delete something from your computer.
Though people in the previous post said people with low ram, and bad internet, would lag up the game as well.I guess that could be true, depending on how ROBLOX may go about this. You see, unlike a completely online based server, this Hybrid server would emphasize the use of your memory, RAM and other things, not the quality of the server itself.
This will be another thing I'd need to discuss more. You see, unlike the current server, when a person with a lot of lag, and a terrible computer enters, it would hardly affect you. If you happen to see this terrible computer user, you will see them lag, but your computer wouldn't lag. So while the other parties SF may be horrible, your would remain great because it's not the server the game is relying on, it's the computer.
So yes, this system does work better depending on the computer you have, but at least you don't bring everyone else down with you. And wouldn't you still lag on ROBLOX the way it currently is anyways? And this server could potentially open us up to the possibility of 40 player servers without lag, in an amazing 10 000 brick map with scripts and GUI's Galore, taking 'make your own game' to the next level. I would personally love a 20 on 20 air fight, wouldn't you?
That pretty much covers the basics, now on to the juicy stuff.
2) A definite Treat for ROBLOX game makers - Some new features that can't be added with the current Server Set-up. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Now, whatever you may say about the Hybrid Server, be it good or bad. There is no doubt that there would be some genuinely brilliant features, that just can't be done efficiently with the current set-up. These things include Meshes.
Meshes have been made on ROBLOX for quite a long time. Some of them are brilliant, and well made, and could revolutionize the way ROBLOX's games are played. Others aren't that great. But the bottom line with the Hybrid Server is, Meshes CAN be seen and interacted with on the Hybrid server. Now, if you were reading closely, the wheels in your head might start to turn.
Because of the solo aspects of the Hybrid Server, people can download, and see meshes in game. While the online compiler simply doesn't allow it. This could open up things like; Player mesh weapons, Beautiful landscape materials, new building bricks ( Like curved bricks, letter bricks, railroad tracks, ect....), and much more. So truly, what is there to loose?
Now, another thing that has been coming along quickly with the addition of GUI's would be Music. Like meshes, Music can't be properly uploaded, and played. With the Hybrid server, they can be. And although GUI's can help you have music in your place, it would be much more accessible, and usable if it was aloud to be downloaded, and played.
So there are some great things that can also be done using a Hybrid Server. But the issue of hackers, and exploitations in the server is the part you should read closely, because there are some problems, or questions you may have that already have a solution. So just re-read if you think there's something that might not be there, I hate answering the same thing over and over again.
3) Hacking the Hybrid Server and some fixes to the original basis - How can this be exploited, and how can it stop exploiters? Also, what changes can be made to the basic server idea, to help things run smoothly on download, regardless of changes in-game? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Exploiters are definitely a scary thought. Even now, people are finding flaws in ROBLOX, and are exploiting it and abusing those exploits however they can. The issue of exploiters, and exploiting in general has come up in many other posts. I will try to explain what precautions can be in place to stop them, and how this server could protect us better that the current one is now. People still say that exploiters can attack the server, and hurt the users playing games though. And actually, this is an unfortunate truth that I cannot deny.
Exploiters could potentially do more damage to ROBLOX, than ever before with this kind of Hybrid server. It saddens me to think about such a thing happening, so I began to think of a solution. And I found one that I'm very sure will work.
This idea would be to save a copy of the games file, into an online checker. Now what I mean by this, is have a file on the computer that needs to correspond exactly with an online log of the game, this I will explain in much more detail. It is definitely a more back and fourth topic, that confuses most readers.
OK, so we have already gone through the game downloading, and starting up already compiled. But there are a load of variables that aren't covered in the basic server idea. One of them would be changes in game, like the blowing up of a house, the people playing, and the deleting, destroying, and copying of bricks. All of these things change the game, and make downloading impossible for the Hybrid server. Because in my original basis, you only download what the Game creator has uploaded, and this could cause an insane amount of problems to the game itself.
A possible scenario would be downloading the game, entering it, and then coming into something that would lg, and screw up your computer. You don't know whats wrong, you downloaded the game OK, but it's lagging when you entered the server. What just happened? Well, you downloaded the game like the creator intended it too, but you did not download possible changes that may be inside. So in a building game, you wouldn't be able to play because you downloaded the map, but not the changes. Before I explain how this next idea will help those changes along in the downloading process, I will first explain how they help exploiting.
A solution to exploiting, and online changes? Simple, make a secondary file that resides in the server, that counts as an almost exclusively online log of what happens in game. he solo file that you download, would check with the online file, and see to it that the game on the server has not been changed. Now, I don't mean player changes, I mean changes with the online game. If the file downloaded, does not correspond with the file that is held inside the server, then there has obviously been tampering, and attempted 'Exploiting' with the game.
I will consider this process a way that the solo file 'checks' with its partner file online, to make sure that nothing in the actual game came can be changed. Like the original script that the game has in-place, or the map. You see, ROBLOX games in their simplest form, is just a bunch of words, and numbers that tell bricks what color they are, where they go, what the tools look like, and what they do, and all that good stuff. The .RBLX file that holds this information, and the online log, will both have the same information when it comes down to the uploaded game, but when it comes to changes in-game, or changes by an outside force to either files, they may be different.
When there are changes made in game, I suggest there be a secondary part to the online file, that the solo file would have to fill in when downloading. A part separate from the uploaded game, that would log, and record changed made during the game. This could be anything that happens in-game that would change the way the game looks, or the way players react with each other, and/or their online environment. This log will be kept on each server, and added to the solo file, when downloading the level for the server you are joining.
Now, another great problem that arose, actually arose from the solution. Justgoaway1 was a major contributor to the idea by figuring out how this could be exploited. And although he think of it, he sure was a major contributor. Thanks.
The problem would be using something like Wire Shark to change and edit the XML, and add packets into the game that weren't in there before, like an admin script, and whatever else someone could think of. The solution o this new problem? Making a constantly changing file directly connected to the server that is UN-editable by any outside force, and can only be configured by an update to the game, or changes in game. And just like the check-up with the solo and online game file, it would constantly see if there has been a change to the game, that doesn't correspond with the original upload, and delete the outside change.
This could also be like a file that is constantly running, but you don't see, but is always working, and being edited by whats happening in-game. This could also act as a log that, that could record everything in it's raw format. Like the killing of a player, someone chatting, and what people are This log could also be saved to an online Archive when the server ends, just as a permanent ( Or long term record) of exactly what happened in that game. So the Admins would also know when a user tried to mess with the game, and exploit it, and ban that user. So I guess that's a third way a set0up like this could stop exploiters, and help keep ROBLOX save.
So not only would it make exploiting impossible, it would make sure no one can do true harm to ROBLOX without getting caught.
4) An ending note - Is there anything left that could make the Hybrid server, seem worse than the current server set-up? What are some serious problems users may have? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, truly, the biggest issue users may have is the load time. I'm not saying a server like this would load instantly, and the first download could possible take 1-2 minutes. But I can assure you, it will definitely get faster as you play more an more games.
I have already said this, but like F.E.A.R, Bioshock, and other great games, the first load time always sucks. It's slow, painful, and you sometimes just want to quit, and try again later. But those games always run faster after the first load, and this will as well. Such things simply take a bit of time for your computer to get use to, but they are definitely worth that first wait.
That's issue 1, but another strange issue appeared in my last post. What about Firewalls? Truly, that person doesn't have a good understanding of things. All you have to do, is if the computer asks you to allow, or disallow ROBLOX from being played, simply click, 'Always allow' Or just 'Allow'. But I do know some computer don't give you this option, they simply block it automatically. Now, if people are to young to do this, they can ask their parents to. But it is really very simple.
All you have to do is go to your anti-virus setting, look at the firewall options, and there should be a list of this that you can allow, add ROBLOX to that list, and you should be good. In some twisted way, better off that other people. So firewalls are hardly a problem.
Another great problem came in with the downloading of the game. This may sound like a hacker thing, but it was a problem that is kind of fixed already, just being stated more clearly here. Someone said that because you download the game, it's source code could be read by hackers. This is probably something that ROBLOX can incorporate some security in. By simply making the file UN-viewable by any outside force, and UN-editable by any force other than the online file that it corresponds with. I'm just clarifying this a bit better.
I really hope you can read this newer version. I made it later at night, and I changed it quite a bit in an attempt to explain things in more detail, and in a way people with little to no knowledge of these processes can kind of see how this would work. So it does go back and fourth a lot, and I apologize for that. Whatever your thoughts may be, I would like to see them in a post, so thanks for reading, and I hope the Admins can make this a reality!

Chapter I: Selling Shirts
One of the easiest ways to make money on Roblox is selling shirts. But you have to know what type of shirts you can make. You can do this by accepting requests. A good price to sell requests for are 5R$ 10TIX. Now, I would not recommend using Microsoft Paint, I would use Paint.net. It is free. Just Google paint.net. If you think that the shirt you made it REALLY good then you can advertise it. DO NOT advertise “Donation” shirts, all that will do is make you despised. The correct price to advertise a shirt for is whatever you want. If the shirt is OK, then advertise it for 2kTIX or under. If it is AVERAGE, advertise it for 2K-7K, if it THE BEST, advertise it for 7K+. Now those amounts are what you bid on advertising. Not for what you are selling the shirt for. If you need any more info on Shirt Selling just PM me.
Chapter II: Advertising a Good Place
This can be a fast but hard way to make money. The first step is making a good place. Some popular topics are obbies, tycoons, war games, or fall down to become VIP. You could make a game like that or just think of your own. Before you advertise you have to think can this game be on the front page? Try posting in LWIM on the forums, see what people think. Now, you have to make a good ad. The ad has to be something that will get people to your place. Now saying “Don’t Click Here” will get FEWER clicks that an ad saying “Come To Heli-Wars! The most popular game on Roblox”. Now you can be the judge on how much you advertise it for. Once it gets on the front page watch the money stack up. You get 1TIX every time someone visits your place.
Chapter III: Using the TC
First off you'll be needing a Calaculator of any kind wether it be a Normal Calculator or Windows Virtual Calculator.
The minimum I recommend starting with is either 100 robux or 1,000 tickets. Ok when Trade Tickets for Robux you need to divided by the Highest Ratio on the Tickets. If your not sure about this the part that shows the ratio looks somthing like this
Example ''25,957 @ 8.0114:1'' The part that says 8.0114:1 is the ratio in basic terms that means 8 tickets for 1 robuck. You need to divide by the 8.0114 part. Don't include the 25,957 the @ or the :1 part just the part that says the ratio. So on the Calculator you would put is we'll say you have 1,000 tickets.
You would put 1,000 ÷ What ever the ratio shows in this case its 8.0114. So put 1,000 ÷ 8.0114 then once you get your answer which in this case is 124.
Go to Trade Currency (Preferabally be on the Trade Currency page when doing this) and swap from Market Order to Limit Order and put in 1000 tickets for 124 robux and have Split Trades on it helps the trade go through quicker and your trade should be at the top and should go through pretty quickly. However the Trade Currency is always changing I can't make it certain it'll you'll get top spot all the time.
Now robux if fairly the same but a bit different. The main difference is you Multiply robux, not divide them and you Multiply it by the Highest ROBUX rate not Tickets rate otherwise you won't gain any money.
Hints and Tips ========== Don't trade when the Spread is 99 or lower especially when the spread is in negative.
The bigger the spread the more money you get, so keep your eye on Trade Currency because you never know, you may just miss out on a Jackpot.
Always check you've out the right amount in Trade Currency before you submit your trade I've had afew occasions when I've lost thousands of ticket and robux simply from missing out one number. Chapter IV: Hat Selling
How to make money off the Hat Selling thing.
First, don't try buying those new limited hats that are 1¬00 robux, unless your trying to get a certain ID. Those hats normally dont ever get you more than 25 robux profit.
-------- IDs-
You can get a lot of money by having certain IDs on hats, faces, or Gears. The most important IDs are #1, #2, #1¬3, #6¬6¬¬¬6, #1¬¬3¬3¬¬7, and the last ID for that hat. I've made 6k robux off buying cheap hat/faces with good IDs, and selling them for a lot to others. You have to be careful, because there are a dozen other people trying to get a certain ID, and when that ID comes up, everyone will be trying to buy it. First, look at which ID you want to try and get. When you know which one, wait for your ID to come up. When it gets close, open a new tab, with the same hat, and click the Buy, and leave it. The other window will have the same hat, and you keep refreshing until you get the ID you want. If you wanted the 1337th one, depending on the price, it would be smart to click "Buy" on the other page when the Total So¬ld reaches 1334 or so. If a hat is really expensive, like 1k robux, you have a better chance of getting it, for not everyone is willing to risk 1k robux on an ID. Make sure you keep refreshin every two seconds, and you get ready to buy on the other page. You most likely wont get the ID you wanted, but if you do, you could make 750 robux more than any other ID hat. If you do get the hat ID you wanted, if the hat you bought was around 200 robux, price your hat at 2k. That is a high price, most likely it wont get so¬ld yet, but when the hats prices even out, and there are less sellers, you might get it sol¬d, but you probably will have to lower it. But dont lower too much, because you can get a good amount of money for it, if you wait, and post threads on the forums, and message rich people, asking if they want to buy your ID hat. Be patient, and you can make a lot of robux on just one hat. I made 6k robux from selling specific IDs. Sometimes you get lucky, and you see a specific ID selling for cheap, if the hat is no more than 100 robux selling originally, dont pay more than 500 robux for that good ID, but you will probably make money off it. ---------------- Buying to sell for profit. --------------- Dont buy any limited hats that are being so¬ld for more than 2k people, unless you want a certain ID. If it takes more than two days to sell an Item, than that means it wont make you money, infact, it will probably make you lose money. So leave the new 100 robux limited hats alone, and search for the good hats. Look for the ol¬der hats that are limited now, you have to check the catalog a lot, check all the good hats, every here and there you might come up with a good deal.
Dont buy an ol¬¬d hat that just became limited, unless it was very cheap, because often times the price of that ol¬d hat will go down thru out the day, after 10 hours, then take a look at the 3 best deals, and think if you want to buy them Try to buy hats that are 2/3 or less than the second best deal, 100 robux lower than the second best deal isnt very good. Usually, you will just have to look around for people selling 5k robux hats for 1k robux, and buy it quickly. Then put it up for sale a little lower than everyone else so you can get your money back, and make some profit. I bought the Ugly Bucket for 5k, and resol¬d it for 10k, and I bought it again for 5k, and now I'm waiting for it to sell at 10k, once it does, I will have made 5,000 robux total off that hat, just by buying and selling it twice. There is almost always a person selling a good hat for 1 robux, or really low price, I got the Lightbulb hat for 50 robux and reso¬ld it for 1999 robux. If the hat is a y.e¬ar o¬¬l¬d, 200 robux is most likely a good deal for it.
If the best deal for a hat is 1/2 of the second best deal, it is probably a good deal.

You have to remember that every time you sell a hat, the price you so¬ld it for, gets 25% of it taken, and you get the rest, so you cant buy a 500 robux hat, and then sell it for 650, it doesnt make you a good profit, so you have to be on the lookout for very good deals, not just 50, or 100 robux off the second best price, but 500 robux. After a week or so, for o¬ld hats, the price evens out, you will see that in hats, so it stays around one price, not varying too much, try to remember that price, and keep checking on that hat, when you see that one more private seller is selling it, and hope that he is selling it for a lot less than the avera¬ge price. If the hat average price is selling at 1,000k robux, buying the hat for 500 robux is good, if the average price is 10,000 robux, buying it for around 6k robux is good, but remember, you have to make a profit, AFTER the 25% thing. ----------- Buying good items.
Sometimes ROBLOX sells really good hats/gear for a low price, hats that LOOK like they will sell for more. Like the two Sword Gears, if you are rich, you should probably buy them, and then sell them for more, but if you only have around 5k, and buying a sword gear, or any item takes more than half of your money, it isnt wise to buy it, unless you know you can get your money back plus profit really quickly. If you buy a good deal hat, and it is selling for more, but three deals next, you see that its selling for a LOT more, put it up for lower than that high price, eventually the better deal hats will get bought, and you will be the next hat to be bought, with that high price. Check on the 7.5k+ robux hats often, if you see someone new is selling it, check it, and see if they are selling it for good price, because most of the time, these are the hats that can get you a LOT of money in a short time. Those hats are the 2007 hats. ---------- Pricing items, When you buy a hat, look at the Current Deals for it, if you have something like, 5¬0¬0 , 50¬5, 5¬2¬5, 6¬0¬0, 1¬30¬0, dont put it up at 4¬99 robux, put it at 12¬99, because if you wait a little, you can get a lot more, when the first deals get bought, you will be the next, and get a lot more than you would have by putting it at 4¬99 robux. ----------- ---- There will be some hats where you just can't help losing money, often, these hats are going a lot lower than what you payed for, and dont seem to go up to your asking price. Check on that hat every day, and if you see that it wont get bought, put it for sale at a price where you wont lose any money, or make any, if you still cant sell it, either way a long time, because eventually it will sell for more, or keep lowering the price little by little, until it gets bought, atleast you get some money back, if its been that long, and you completely forgot about that hat, you will get some robux that you didnt even know you had. Be careful, dont buy 10k+ robux hats unless you have more than 20k, or if you are VERY sure it will get you money back, because you dont want to lose 5k robux on a hat, for some people, that is all they made from hat selling, and you would have to go back to buying low cheap hats, and selling high to make up for the loss. ------- ************Basically dont buy new limited hats, and dont pay too much for ol¬d expensive ones, and buy low sell high.
Chapter V: Ambassador Links About the ambassador program: Ok, the ambassador program is a really cool way to advertise ROBLOX to your or another person’s website or either personal home pages, blogs, and profiles. You are awarded two tickets for each successful ‘link’ that you make and if you make 50, there is an added ticket prize! The whole idea of the ROBLOX ambassador program is to help us get the word out about ROBLOX and help other gamers like you find ROBLOX! A bigger community means more players visiting places, more people to play against, and more people creating new and original levels.
How it works: As a ROBLOX ambassador, you will post the special ambassador link to a HTML page; these pages are either chat pages, blog comments and anything that lets you chat. For example, if the link gets posted to a blog, let’s say ‘Blogger’ (which can be used) and it ‘runs’ then you will be awarded two tickets and you will have a successful running link! The special link, will be displayed on the chat page that you posted it on, the link will give a direct link to YOUR GAMES, your place can get more visits and be popular, just by posting a link. How cool is that!
How to make a successful running link! Well, I am sure many of you know a few HTML based chat websites, such as Blogger (as mentioned) also Webs and MySpace. You will need three DIFFERENT places to put the special link, not the same place with three links.
Step by step guide: 1) Go to the ‘Ambassadors’ page in ‘My ROBLOX’. 2) Press the ‘>Create Link’ button. 3) Copy the special link that is in the box under the information. 4) Then go to either personal home pages, blogs, and profiles. 5) Find a HTML chat box and place your link! (You may need to sign up to the website first) 6) Go back to the ‘>Create Link’ page and ‘Submit’ your link.
Every few minutes after that go back to the ‘Ambassadors’ page and see if your link work. If it is a ‘Running Link’ (Green sign) then you have made a successful link, you will need to place three links to get the Ambassador badge, but carry on and make some tickets if you wish to!

Chapter VII: Re-Texturing
How to retexture a hat. First, get your hat, either by getting the meshID's yourself, or by getting a hat from the free models. Then, after you have your hat, click View in Tools at the top with all the words, and open Properties, and Explorer. After you have Explorer open, click on your hat, you should see your hat in the Explorer, highlited, and you should also see a little "+" mark. Press that, you should see a purple icon named Mesh. There might also be a Script there, but dont worry about it. Highlite the mesh, just click it once, and then open the Properties page that you had open before. At the top, there will be a MeshId, that doesn't matter, just look for the TextureId, at the middle of all the words. Find the link beside the TextureId, it should say something like this: http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=#######. Highlite and copy ONLY the numbes, so it would be "#######". Go to the catalog, and open any hat/pants/shirt, Etc. Go to the link of that Item, and delete ONLY the numbers, so it should look like: "http://www.roblox.com/Item.aspx?ID=" At the end Paste your own numbers, and click enter, or go, to go to the page. It should open your hat's texture. Copy that texture, and go to Paint, or Paint.NET, or whatever you use to make computer drawings, and paste that texture. Now make it whatever colors you like, but dont make like a whole picture of something, for now, just re-color things, later you can add in your own images, after you get more experienced at making hat te-textures. After you have finished the retexture, save it, and then upload it as a decal. Wait till the decal has finished pending, then go to it. Look at the link of your retexture decal, and go to the numbers, change the numbers to ONE number less, Example: "4687235" would go to :4687234" see? its one number less. That new link should open the Image of your Retexture picture, if it doesnt open that, and it opens something different, like, a place, or someone else's shirt, then make the number go ONE more less. That should open your retexture image. After you have opened your retexture image, go to te link, copy ONLY the numbers, go to the TextureId that you had opened earlier, and REPLACE the old texture numbers with your NEW Image numbers. Don't change any other part of the textureId link, other than the numbers. After you have replaced the numbers in the TextureId link, in the Mesh, in the Hat, press Enter, and thats it. If you did everything right, you should end up with a hat that has your custom colors on it.
You may get it published by Roblox. Then you may get money.
