The perfect cupcake should have no more than 10% surface tension in batter form, and should have very little tenacity on the sides, eliminating struggle upon opening. One method to decrease tenacity is to add either 0.4 Grams Carbon extract, or add more hydrogen dioxide.
A muffin should also have an equal balance in flavor, and when baked, should be rotated 45 Degrees every 5 minutes, to ensure parallel cooking is achieved. |
