When your computer is running, ROBLOX autonomously creates log files (at least 1 every 10 seconds). Over time, these accumulate and take up so much memory, even though they're less than 1 KB each. These log files do virtually nothing and pretty much sit there taking up space on your hard drive.
These log files are extremely hard to remove if you let them accumulate. Even though they reset every time ROBLOX is installed (including updates), they build up very quickly. When I tried opening my log file folder today, my computer froze up. Luckily, I was able to create a bot to remove all of the log files, and then I quarantined the log file folder. Almost 250,000 log files were discovered, and it totaled out to about 3 GB.
If you'd like to increase your PC speed by removing these log files, here's what to do (Windows Vista/7 Users):
--IF YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS, THEN SKIP TO STEP 2-- 1) First, you need to enable viewing hidden files and folders. Follow A if you use Windows Vista, and B if you use Windows 7:
A) Click the Start menu, then click "Control Panel" on the right side. Find "Classic View" on the left and click it. Find "Folder Options", then double-click. Click the "View" tab at the top, then find a bullet checkbox that is labeled as "Show hidden files, folders, and drives". Bubble in the bullet, then press "Apply" then "OK". Exit out of the control panel.
B) Open the Start menu, then type "hidden" in the search box. Click the result that says "Show hidden files and folders". In the box that pops up, fill in the bullet checkbox that says "Show hidden files, folders, and drives". Press "Apply", then "OK".
2) Now that you are able to see hidden files, open the Start menu, then click your username at the top right.
3) There should be a folder called "AppData". It will be a faded color, indicating it is hidden. Open it.
4) Open "LocalLow".
5) Find the file named RbxLogs, but do not open it. Right-click it, then delete it. It might take a long time. If you are unable to delete it and your computer keeps freezing, PM me and I'll give you the bot I used.
6) Find the file in your recycle bin, then delete it forever.
7) Go back into AppData\LocalLow. There should be another RbxLogs folder there. Right-click it, and hit "Properties".
8) In the Properties box, click the Security tab at the top. Click the "Edit..." button.
9) Find a checkbox under "Deny" labeled "Full control". Check it. It should cause all of the other boxes to be checked as well.
10) Under "Group or user names:", there should be multiple items. The one you just did was "SYSTEM". Repeat step 9 for every other item.
All done! Your log files are gone, and ROBLOX is unable to create any more. |

| I have no experience with Macs, and very little with Windows XP, so if you use either then all I can say is ask someone who knows those systems better :\ |

@Super If you quarantine the folder, you don't need to clear them anymore. |
