If you have not noticed ROBLOX's Physics are getting a bit slow. Maybe some years in the past the physics were actually good because back at that time gaming may not have been as advanced as now. But I think Roblox's ImPlicitNgine is either too old or needs upgrading for Roblox's physic's in general, and with places that include Terrain. If it can't be upgraded is it possible to get another engine?
This is probably a true statistic, every online game that has to do with building and/or creating has a good strong engine for Physiscs except for Roblox. When there are many people in a server or if you destroy a lot of bricks, the bricks look like they are going in slow motion and does not make the gameplay look exciting.
It is not my computer because I have played Roblox on many powerful computers, in fact the one im using right now has an Intel Core i5 2400 @ 3.10ghz and 3.40ghz max, 8GB Of Ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX 550TI, Windows 7.
My main concern here is to make the physiscs look more appealing and to make them actually look like the physics are rendering in real time.
Is this possible? If not then okay, but if it is its smart to try and change some things around. |

@Nathen
A pentium D processor can be over clocked to 4ghz easily.
So can each processor.
Mine is 3.60ghz |

| I built my computer myself from a site called newegg. Search Intel Core i5 2400 on that website and you will see it. You sir no nothing about computers, its even possible to overclock it to 4ghz. |

My answer: True, very true.

My answer: Yes, that's true. >.>
My final answer
Just make physic more realistic and more less hinge bugs. And less lags. |

@Sey
Games now days tend to work slower on faster computers. Take GTA IV for example. Bad coding = Bad game.
Some people with powerful computers complained that GTA IV works slower on a quad core processor than a dual core... and that's because GTA IV was coded badly and poorly.
ROBLOX could have the same problem. |

Did the same: Phenom II X4: 3.20GHz, OCed to 3.4, yes, it is possible!!!!![/sarcasm]

Your sarcasm is failure. Since you know nothing about a processor. Let me tell you that you can OC it to 4GHz. |

These replies are all wrong: Roblox's physics engine never gets an upgrade, it gets tweaked. Its not even properly optimized. If it was upgraded, it wouldn't be going in slow motion and lagging like mad. (Remember: FPS LAG = computer, LAG = latency OR game engine. With 60fps and 40 Mbps internet, I think its the game engine.)
I've often had cases where it doesn't lag, aaand it just looks stupid. If LandofTEhBlockz can handle it, why can't Roblox?

@Nathen
It's 4.5 only because you ordered it OC'ed.
Normally it's around 2.6GHz |

| @Nathen78906 you just said that 3.40ghz is impossible and now you are saying you bought a computer with a CPU more than 4ghz? |

@Sey
I heard that a processor with 5GHz is going to sell for more than 500,000 a piece.
I don't know what processor but it's pretty goddam strong. |

Ya.
It was a quad core processor I think.
In total that's a 20GHz processor. Holy.
You don't need more than a quad core 2.6ghz to play games now days. |
