I don't plan on living in America for too long after I'm done with school.
Which makes a lot of classes useless to me.
Math and Science classes are probably the only thing I'll need from my time in school.
And even then I don't plan on pursuing a career that has to do with math or science so those are kinda not useful. |

I just hate how we're forced to take an English class.
I already know how to speak/write English.
Hell, it's not even about grammar anymore.
They should rename it literature class. Since all we do is read boring books.
I just don't see how it'll help me in the future. |

There is only a few books that I know of that should be required reading for all of human kind.
One, is "Animal Farm" by George Orwell. The other, "Les Miserables" by Victor Hugo.

I need to get a copy of Les Miserables in French. The language it belongs in.
Same with Le Petit Prince and Vers Une Architecture. I'll bet both of those are amazing in the original French. |

@Ranger Animal Farm is a good book. Talking Russian pigs :D We read it after we finish Julius Caesar by Shakespeare <3
@OT Well...
Social Studies/Geography/World History/US History is still useful. World History, for instance, can help you understand life for other cultures (understanding is one step towards acceptance).
Language Arts/English does help you learn to write formal essays, letters, and resume's, which is helpful.
But I do agree with you, I wish I could just skip all the generals and take what I want to take. =/ |

World History is somewhat useful.
U.S. History is not useful at all to me.
The things you pointed out about English are useful.
However I learned how to do all that back in the 9th grade. Why do I need to keep taking the same thing over and over again?
All we do now is study old literature. |

I agree with skipping English/Literature I also wish to skip Writing because I don't have plans on ever being a writer. Maybe learning the basics of writing a letter could be important but thats pretty much it. |

Well taylor
You plan to going to japan right?
Well you see when you move you have to be prepared and be able to cope with the new place
Japan may seem all good but you have to learn about the bad to
First your plan
Get up and leave with a ticket to japan and your stuff?
Well japanse houses are smaller hen american ones
Then you need to be able to know the currency so you can buy a house
Don't expect to see really in whites, blacks, mexicans, etc you'll mostly see japanse people
Family and jobs you most likely will have no family and no job
alot of american foods gone
japanse stuff like movies, etc are not sold as much in the country as foreign ones
Since discs, etc are free for foreigns
And in japan isn't to nice to foreigns in the land so how will you suppport yourself money you saved up won't last forever
What is your job plan game dev, etc?A big company doesn't hire out of the blue
