Too much condesending and patronizing. I didn't last 3 minutes.
Regardless, the UK is still racking in big bucks, especially when they need it. |

Regardless, the UK is still racking in big bucks, especially when they need it. ___ The video debunks that. |

| I'm anti-inherited elite. If you inherit a family business or a family farm, and continue working to run it, good for you. |

| If the UK was turned into a Republic, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey would not spontaneously combust. |

| Why would it take a hit? France gets WAY more tourists to the Palace of Versailles. |

| People go to see castles because there is still a Queen there. Its part of the appeal. If the UK ended its business with the Royal Family, that would lose millions of pounds that are needed today for Britain. |

BS. Palace of Versailles gets 2.6 million visitors per year. Windsor Castle gets 1 million. - 1.2 million visitors visit Edinbourgh castle.
Besides Versailles, the second most visited castle in France Château de Chenonceau gets 850,000 visitors
And did it ever occur to you that Versailles includes tons of buildings that increase its visits. That includes a world famous garden, a French museum, and Opera house. Then factor in all the concerts inside the chapels. |

Then factor in all the concerts inside the chapels. ___ But I thought the Royal Family was the reason so many came to the UK? Are they really that big of a factor if a garden, museum, opera houses, and concerts draws people to France instead.
Come on, Twigs. In visiting the UK the last thing that would go through my head is that I would want to see the Queen or something.
Plus, what about the fact that the Royal Family is exempt from inheritance taxes? That's 100 million alone. |

Its hard to differenciate between tourists vs visitors from outside Paris.
Come on, Twigs. In visiting the UK the last thing that would go through my head is that I would want to see the Queen or something. - We are different. The people of America aren't.
Plus, what about the fact that the Royal Family is exempt from inheritance taxes? That's 100 million alone. - I thought you didn't believe in that. |

All this proves is that government owned business make good money.
Also they are not making money off of "their land" those monarchs got the land thanks to the fact they ran the country.
Therefore if the monarchy is gotten rid of the money and land is the government's
Also economicly speaking however it's best uk keep the monarchy for tourist revenue, however commonwealth countries with the british monarch as the head of state do not get any real tourist revenue from the monarch, it just costs them. |
