| What other coach goes this long without winning a national title or even being in contention for a good chunk of the season and keeps his job? Forget tradition. We want winners. That's why I can't be a Penn State fan, even though I live in the state. |

Well, here's what we know.
1. No matter what, He's still a great coach. 2. Yea, the only players that want to play for him are the ones raised in Christian families. What makes you think a 17 year old kid raised in the projects would wanna play for PSU? 3. He's gonna retire when he's dead. |

| It's dumb. They need to let him go. He is the reason I can't stand Penn State. After the game, he can't even find his car in the parking lot. |

| It's time for some change. He can't coach anymore, he can barely talk. Get someone new in there, and maybe they can redeem themselves. |

@TheWild
I'm aware, but that was a long time ago. Football is about what have you done for me lately. Let's face it, the NFL stands for "Not for long". If your not winning, your out. |

If your not winning, your out. ----------------------------------- That's the dumbest statement I've ever heard. Penn State is 79-45 this past decade. JoePa is 401-135-3 as a head coach. Just stop. |

| Last time I checked, JoePa won a championship with Penn State. The man is a terrific coach, and this is probably the worst time to be disagreeing, since Penn State is 8-1 and has a strong hold on the Leaders division. |

"won a championship"
Not in my lifetime. 1986 was the last time. Are you kidding me? 25 years and no championship. They aren't going to the National Title Game this year. That is what it is all about. |

| He was a terrific coach. Now he is just to old. Of course, there would be so much outrage if he got fired. It couldn't possibly happen. However, if they didn't give into outside pressure, it is the right move. |
