This is so simple.
Once you have generated your terrain, you can use the button "Elevation Adjuster" (it resembles two lines, one going up and the other going in the opposite direction)
It is right next to the remover button in studio.
To use it, you click on a spot and you move your mouse up or down to adjust it. |

There is a Position property you can try to change.
