Individuals are selected who
1.) Have gotten 80% of players reported by themselves banned 2.) Have gotten 100 reports on other players 3.) Have little or no bans themselves 4.) Have legible explanations as to what happened in the report
to be titled "Trusted Reporter." A Trusted Reporter receives a badge and is invited to join a group (called, say, Trusted Reporters). The Trusted Reporter's name is colored in game to a distinguishable color and a symbol (a banhammer or something like that) is placed beside their name when they type and their name on the leaderboard.
Trusted Reporter's reports are read by moderators first, for quick and reasonable banning.
Pros? 1. Players are less likely to violate rules when a Trusted Reporter is present. 2. Players will want to report users more regularly so that they can become distinguished as a Trusted Reporter as well. 3. All in all, a better, rule-obeying community.
Cons? None that I can see. If you think you see one, please say so. Thank you for reading. |

| I guess it would work but only some kinds of people can join the group |

| It's a nice thought but it would encourage reports for every little thing just for a colored name and a ban hammer. If this was done, Roblox would have to secretly mark the better reporters and not give them a reward for it. |

| I agree, this would reduce the amount of members spam reporting. Just a suggestion, what about being a veteran too? It came to my mind, I think it's a bad idea though... |

But some noobs will use the system to get revenge on people they hate.
So they should be able to get their title stripped from them |

| I think this idea would work as i know there are a great number of people I would trust as that role. I feel it would keep the servers a lot safer and make correct reports read first. |

| Support. But, I really wouldnt want too many "Trusted Reporters". Also, doesn't being a trusted reporter mean your a bit of a tatle tale? |

Sure, but there isn't a problem with that. Maybe you can have the option to hide your title or something.
Anyone who argues that you're a "tattle-tale" is just going out of their way and intentionally breaking rules. |

some people would just spam the report on players. Example: Good player: and after i fix your script, ill make a model for you
Noob: Z0MG H4X R3P0RT3D F0R H4X1NG T0L0L0L0L0L0L0L0L0L0L
Good player: ???? *one minute later*Good player is banned for 1 day
Noob, for saving us from a hacker, were promoting you to the admin of trusted reporters
Noob: Z0MG TH4X *reports every player in roblox* |

You are a supporter or rule breaking, your argument is invalid.

What im saying is that someone might spam a report yet make it look real. i do support this idea, but im just saying if they want to be a trusted reporter they just choose like saying a bad word and then their explanation is " we were just playing in telamons swordfight when i killed Waffle Boy he said a bad word. |

@Wingedd
If you do not support people protecting the rules, then you support rule breaking. |

| I don't know. I wish people could be more specific when posting; giving exactly what they mean. Not too long, either. |

| bs, people report for usless crap like cursing, which would make them your trusted crap. Mods should ease up on reporting, not enforce it. |

All this really does is telling everyone to be a mini-mod. But, that can be good, if everyone follows the rules, then... I guess that good. |

I agree. I usually never support unless people really tick me off. I dont report anything unless people hack other people or try to hack me. Otherwise I dont report swears, spawnkills, spam, deleters, or scammers.
