prob cuz n00bs couldn't type this in the cmd bar:
game.Players.MaxPlayers = 20
OMG SO HARD (thats what she said) IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE |

| I have noticed this, and it annoys me. The reason for this is most likely that people would complain about people closing servers when they get 9 or so people and then set the maxplayers to 6. |

Yes, because having to set the /NIL MAXPLAYERS PROPERTY/ is easy, just delete EVERY PLAYER THAT JOINS so they can't start a server, and get kicked every time they try to play. |

Or just make your games compatible with 20 players |

Fair enough but I can't think of a good reason to change the maxplayers in a running game |

| They move it. Configure your place, and it should say Player limit and change it from there. Still sucks that you can't access it from ingame. |

Because people were making there places Mega even though they were not a Member of ROBLOX.

| You can still read this value through script and set it through the website, so unless you were trying to set it dynamically in script (which makes epic smiley cry), then you should still have all the same functionality as before. |

It's so that roblox doesn't have players upping the player limit to a mega place value.
It's their way of saying: "Change your scripts so we can keep profits without you making mega-places look like the BC only crap that they are."
