The Canadian Government recognizes any area with a population density of over 400/km2 to be 'urban', the US Census Bureau sets the limit at 390/km2
So actually, the percentages fall in Canada's favour. |

I was wrong, it's actually 193 people per square km in the USA as of 2010, so that makes your point even less valid. |
