And the crime rate is the lowest, ever. Go figure.

| Urbanization is mostly a myth. People who work in cities usually commute back to their suburb. |

Giving them more guns doesn't necessarily mean lowing crime. ---------------------- But it means that a criminal is less likely to want to break into someone who owns a guns house. |

| Guns are extremely regulated here and we have a significantly lower crime rate than the US does. |

Guns are extremely regulated here and we have a significantly lower crime rate than the US does. --------------- Thats because your population is significantly lower.

Yep.
You aren't going to conceal a rifle. The last murder with a rifle was a long time ago if memory serves. I remember nobody I knew was in favour of keeping the long gun registry, it was extra bureaucracy for something that doesn't even need to be policed.
Pistols are the problem, the only use for pistols really is against other humans. They are easily concealed and perfect for a close-range urban environment. |

| Also, percentage shouldn't be affected by a smaller population unless it's only like a population of 100 or something. |

In 2008, 81% of Canadians lived in urban areas, in 2010, 82% of Americans did.
That's almost exactly proportional. |

Think about it.
Who defines an "urban environment?" The government.
I live in an "urban environment" if you listen to the government. 20,000 people. It looks more like a town than a city, but no, it's a city. Most Americans, however, don't live in these small cities, they lived in mega cities. Canada has a much lower population, and consequently does not have as many mega cities; it has more small towns. |
