You are in more troble than you think
Green poop can be worrying and it’s not something we normally discuss around the dinner table, with our friends or colleagues at work. In fact, most people find it too embarrassing to mention it to anyone. Well, first of all, there is nothing to be embarrassed about! In fact, it happens to more people than you would imagine. People just don’t like talking about it.
In most cases having a green stool is nothing to be worried about... However, in some cases it can indeed point to a more serious underlying problem in which case you may need medical attention. But, before you go off running to the doctor let’s first find out if you have any reason to be worried.
