The problem with FEAR that causes people to feel unheard is the system of organisation. As someone who is JROTC, I have full knowledge of the US Army and it's system of organisation. In the US Army there are many levels that work as a Pyramid, that we can use ourselves. First at the top is the General of Army, in our case Sonic. Then there are Generals, Each General commands a region across Earth. For us we should each have a Leader with their own Fort on Sonics Profile. Since FEAR could not have 66 Corporations made up of 60,000 people each, FEAR would go all the way down to Brigade Sized Units. Each Brigade would be lead by a General, and there would be two Brigades per Fort/Leader. A Brigade would be made up of 3,000 to 8,000 Soldiers. Under that there would be the Officers (who would need a large amount of training to be up to the task) Commanding a Battallion of 500 to 1,500 Soldiers. There would be 2 to 4 Batallions per Brigade/General. Under that we would have Majors controling Company sized Units (of 50 to 200 soldiers); Putting 2 to 3 Companies/Majors for each Batallion/Officer. Under that there would be the Captain, leading a Platoon of 10 to 30 soldiers, leaving 2-3 Platoons/Captains per Company/Major. Lastly there would be Squads lead by Sergeants, each consisting of 5 to 10 Soldiers, leaving 2 to 3 squads per Platoon.
This system, would be extremely efficiant and effective in combat, organisation, individual soldier attention, and strategy. Every Soldier in a Squad could suggest something to their squad leader, who could suggest to the Platoon leader, and if the suggestion/idea/whatever is important enough it would keep climbing up until it may eventually reach a Leader. Every Soldier would be able to have a duty and a job in their rank, there would be a thousand times the current activity in soldiers, where every Squad leader is making sure their soldiers are well trained, have good grammar, and are active, while every platoon leader makes sure his or her squads are well maintained. It creates a well placed system of organisation that once put into place could not be beaten, hence why the real US Army uses it.
Soldiers would be able to choose who serves under them. For Example, A Leader would choose his or her Generals, the General would choose his or her Officers, an Officer choosing their major and so on until the Squad leader chooses each of his soldiers.
Soldiers would receive promotions in a way Roblox has never seen. Every Private would be watched by their squad leader for their grammar and skill, eventually being promoted as FEAR Grows and as time progresses for their active duty and service to FEAR. We would be able to ditch the somewhat silly idea of promotions for KOs that leaves us with soldiers who become Majors with no intelligence, Grammar, or leadership, and only a knowledge of how to kill other robloxians.
In the end I only see this as Beneficial and hope that you all see this as an oppertunity to turn FEAR into a real Military on Roblox and not just a clan.

| Managing a massive amount of members is virtually impossible. Considering the fact that many members join and quit FEAR each day, monitoring members would be difficult. Plus, a general and leader would have to recount every single member of their brigade. The size is a huge problem. Organization would not help. |

| Your idea works for small clans. For large clans, we cannot just go up to every single member and train them. FEAR has a lot of shifts that we cannot control. |

| Well.... We COULD split FEAR into MANY,MANY different groups to manage... But that would take Months to organize. |

I can say from what I've learned that anything is better then our current system. The point of having so many levels is every soldier as a small group of soldiers to constantly watch that eventually leads to small groups of soldiers. A good example of this would be this.
Joe is a Lieutenant, he leads a platoon of 30 soldiers, containing 3 10 person squads. The 3 Squad Leaders are Mike, Chris, and Bob. Thanks to this system, Joe does not need to worry about all 30 soldiers, but only the 3 squad leaders. Each Squad Leader controls his 10 person squad (9 not including the leader). Bob decides to bring in some privates and Corporals he sees great potential in. Thanks to this system he has 9 soldiers that he trains individually, making each soldier into one with better grammar, greater leadership skills, better tactics, and better fighters. Joe on the other hand will occaisionally ocompany one of the 3 squads of his platoon, or at times have all 3 squads come together to train. When he feels that one of his squad leaders needs practice, he can train the squad leader one on one, or have all 3 squad leaders train with him. In this system Leaders will be able to control every soldier because there would be a system where they can command the Soldiers underneath, and the Order will descend down until it hits each squad leader. |

| Now if Sonic were to exile everyone that doesn't want to, or shouldn't be in FEAR. Y'all would have a more manable number. But 90% of ROBLOX would end up going: "umg fear ony has 5k members they ar weak now" |

| As Higher up on the ladder, most of us dont remmember, but our organisation is a joke when you're a Major or lower. Soldiers know little of eachother or what their purpose is. This is giving the soldiers a purpose, and the experience they really do need to one day become a General. We can't look over our Officers and say that they are either not experienced enough, do not have good enough grammar, or are too new to FEAR; and leave the next General to an election. We need to have our soldiers ready and prepaired to be able to be a Leader themself. Hoping for good soldiers to come along is starting to fail, which is why I'm seeing so many Officers with Poor grammar and somewhat Immature attitudes towards a Military. One Officer running for General said in their speech that they "Wanted to make FEAR Funnier and cool". DO we really want someone like that commanding over 100,000 soldiers? |

Not all FEAR members would take their jobs seriously. Some don't even care.
Poor management and very loose organization. It is better to not split the group. Those who are motivated will survive, those who aren't will be ignored. |

There will always be inexperienced members. We cannot completely fix it. We can only reduce it. But as more members pour in, how can we manage it? |

| That's why each level chooses those below it. A Major wouldn't be assigned his or her Captains, they would pick them specifically and from there the Captain would begin to pick his or her Sergeants, so on and So forth. This is when we need to realise that our current system is the one that only works for smaller clans, being able to keep everyone grouped into one unorganised ball and hope expect to know eachother is proving to not work. |

| This is perfect for when members pour in. We have our more capable soldiers promoted from Corporal to Sergeant, taking on their own squad, expanding to more platoons, eventually higher and higher until we need even a new Leader to take on an entire Division. If anything it provides soldeirs oppertunities they at the momment may never have to learn how to lead. |

I was already given that idea by a friend of mine named Eddren.
The idea never came to play because it was a very weak idea for a clan that is massive.
Doing so would require the discipline of every single FEAR member. But as more inexperienced members pour in each day, it is very difficult to manage. |
