I prefer the rugged desert landscape. THAT is beautiful. I wish I could just live my life there as a shepherd like in stories. __ Man, im sure you would have loved our cartrip from Alexandria, Egypt to Benghazi, Libya.

I also love deserts... but I have never seen the iconic deserts of sand as far as the eye can see.
Deserts in Arizona are actually very green. |

I would love to visit some erg deserts, they are so awesome. In Libya, there are many of them, but they are in the south.
But I have been in a desert where there is sand-rock as far as eye can see. Wonderful. |

| I started crew which is 2.5 hours of practice a day, plus increased homework load just stopped me from having time to log on. I'll log on during the weekends, except next weekend, when I have a regatta in Portland. |
