[<-The Blade Alliance introduction->]
The Blade Alliance, strictly focused on the quality of our members is a securely compacted organization with high requirements in swordplay and formal intelligence. For those who are unable to complete the requirements due to many various reasons will be redirected to the academy. Sending a request to the official Blade Alliance group when not graduated will be taken as an offence and clearly a waste of time. The saying goes to show; ‘B.A are the smart and skilful ones, not the kid that's spamming the chat log’ that the Blade Alliance are strongly encouraging of self-awareness and self-maintenance which means B.A are not just team workers, but also have prospective in you making choices to benefit the group all together. Those who fail to meet the rules and regulations of the Blade Alliance will result in consequences such as a demotion/exile. One out of order person makes the decision to the whole clan, and thus the reputation downing of the entire group. Originally, the Blade Alliance is a sword-fighting group as stated in the name, although there is much more to the actual clan that meets the eye: B.A teaches members to be more confident, less ‘braggy’, not as mouthy, be intelligent, not to flame and of course skilful warriors of the blade... In B.A rude or disrespectful behaviour is not tolerated, even the slightest of conversation interruptions are a negative downfall.

[<-The Blade Alliance Academy introduction->]
The Blade Alliance Academy differs greatly to the official group. As well as looking towards improvement and benefiting the clan, the academy offers a range of courses and trainings that help you progress towards your goal of graduation. Despite those who take and complete the tests, trainings are provided to those who are unable to complete the tests e.g. ‘Communications test’, ‘Physical test’ and the ‘Discipline test’ etc. You are levelled up for each test you complete or positively attempt, and on the other hand demoted for being inactive or declining/breaking the rules. Before joining the academy you must’ve read and studied this guide. The synonym for the Blade Alliance Academy is ‘B.A.A’.

[<-RULES AND REGULATIONS->]
(Please note that when you break or do so attempt to break a rule, you will be confronted with the evidence. All B.A and B.A.A MUST obey these rules.)

[<-RULES AND REGULATIONS CONTENTS->]
1) Mature-ness and appropriate activity 2) Respect towards all 3) Commitment and activity 4) OVERALL REQUIRMENTS
___________________________________________________________________________
1) Mature-ness and appropriate activity
Without knocking the fun out of ROBLOX, the Blade Alliance forever hopes to stay in fix with the reputation towards ‘being mature.’ People who are let off with being silly and immature are often the ones that set a bad example or view on B.A/B.A.A. Treasure and be passionate about your clan like you would of your own welfare, care for the consequences it’ll face if you disturb or influence other members. To avoid this do not:
· Jump around chaotically · Abuse the allowance of faces · Impress a form of silliness · Lacking in grammar/attempting to troll · Be influenced by those who you know that may affect your common sense
Here are just the small number and most common examples that give you the thought of being immature. The rest you will gain an understanding of when you put it into your own prospective through out the journey.
2) Respect towards all
It’s not just the occasional ‘Respect your elders’ or ‘Respect higher ranking’ but also a sensible visual on the entire clan. ‘Respect your fellow students, not just the teacher – E.T’ gives a clear reason. The most frequently demanded form of respect is to address your ‘superiors’ (higher ranking) as ‘Sir’ or ‘Ma’am’ depending on their gender. It is true that you shouldn’t declare a lower ranking as ‘sir’ but does that declare you shouldn’t respect overall? No, of course it doesn’t. Here are some common ways to RESPECT your surrounding people.
· Address higher ranking as ‘Sir’ or ‘Ma’am’ depending on their gender AT ALL TIMES. Not ‘Alright’, not ‘Ok’, not ‘Yes’ but ‘Yes sir’/’Yes ma’am’ to clear your orders. · Use grammar · Be polite (such as use kind words and avoid caps/form of aggression) · Do not interrupt when someone else is talking (unless of urgent emergency – do not abuse the allowance) · Respect the reason of an announcement and do not talk during it’s activity unless permitted to otherwise · Stay in line · Stay committed to the clan · Respond quickly · Compliment someone’s skills if they beat you in a challenge (e.g. sword fight) · Respect your enemies as well as other B.A/B.A.A. Do not go too far with a debate/argument and avoid all terms of ‘flaming’ (insults, offensive words etc). · Don’t argue with higher ranks, but instead for fill it with a suggestion or clever remark.
3) Commitment and activity
You are never forced to do something in B.A/B.A.A, even though it may sometimes feel like it… You have the decision to do something that may affect in future consequences. But don’t allow B.A/B.A.A to ruin your reality life, but instead use some of your ROBLOX time wisely in order to assist B.A/B.A.A events. You must at least attend to one event every time you log into ROBLOX (daily etc). Inactivity will result in a warning letter and if not demotion. Do not take the minimum option to your advantage and instead bear in mind that staying active results in promotion.
You can show your activity in B.A/B.A.A by attending multiple events such as raids, meetings, trainings, announcements, rally events and keeping in close contact with other B.A/B.A.A. If you wish to show your communication skills then it is vital to be active on the group wall or participate in the forum.

[<-OVERALL REQUIRMENTS->]
· Mature, appropriate behaviour · Staying committed and being active · Respecting all, including fellow lower ranks · Acceptable grammar · Formal intelligence · Skilful swordplay · Teamwork · Creativity in writing

[<-ACADEMY TEST REVISION->]
1. What is the communications test?
The ‘Communications test’ (also quite similar to the ‘Discipline test’) is an exercise that consists of commands that are said during an announcement. You are to follow and stay in time with these commands as they harden up to more complex and brain twisting commands… The method goes like this:
· Standing in a fairly spread out line, approximately the size of your character apart from each other. · Using mouse lock via the ROBLOX settings in order to manoeuvre as well as listen to upcoming commands. · Listening to an order such as ‘Left’ which therefore command you to face left. · The words will be swapped around, such as ‘left’ equals ‘right’ and ‘right’ equals ‘left’. You are to resume the exercise.
(Passing will result in promotion to the next level. All tests are still rethought of and are in beta consideration. Those unable to complete the test will be redirected to numerous training.)
2. What is the discipline test?
The discipline test is merely a test at all but instead brought up through out the academy… You are disciplined when you are able to obey commands quickly, obey the rules and not make an absolute mess. You will be frequently tested on your discipline skills…
(Passing will result in promotion to the next level. All tests are still rethought of and are in beta consideration. Those unable to complete the test will be redirected to numerous training.)
3. What is the physical test?
The physical test, also known as a blade exercise consists of sword fighting observation and participating swordplay. You will also be asked to duel with the tester or any other cadet in small tournament speculations. Winners and losers will be split after a few rounds.
(Passing will result in promotion to the next level. All tests are still rethought of and are in beta consideration. Those unable to complete the test will be redirected to numerous training.)

GRADES GIVEN AFTER TESTS:
A – Excellent B – Good C – Could’ve improved
___________________________________________________________________________
[<-BASIC COMMANDS->]
· Announcement – A side-by-side horizontal line with no ‘touchy’ relationships facing the one that declared the announcement. · Dismissed – You are to leave the session and continue with your normal activities. · Line – Numerously mistaken for an announcement, a line is a vertical line used as a ‘que’. · By me – Stand besides me or slightly behind but besides me. · Move forward – Push forward executing the command. · Retreat – Retreat to the stated position. · Rally – Group up to a plotted position. · Halt – Stop immediately!!

| If he breaks a rule, then you have all authority to report him to me. I will then handle with him. Be sure to check the rules first! It's always humiliating to stand out like a fool... |
