Not meant to be flamed, this MIGHT be approved by vaktus to start the first truely virtually recorded Robloxian war.

Usually, you build forts which is already established upon ROBLOX, But once you have a battle and the base is taken over, you know... There never really is a "Oh, ok we win now let's go back" No, you keep the fort. So with this exception, (You can only take over fort by schedueled raids) Now, let's say VAK Beat's SB at Fort Lancias. I would have to re-design this as a vaktovian fort, and then we may have small raid leading up to the schedueled raid that will re-claim or keep it a Vaktovian fort. Maybe we could have a set time of fort take over's then you can finally say "Ok, this is now vaktovian's base." Then you have to give them the fort, and build up a new one. Or if you surrender, you have to give up the fort.
Just a suggestion to make it more realistic.

In addition, we can use rag doll guns and show the soldiers being killed, well after the battle of course to record the pictures.

Thats sounds interesting or you could have a map place that shows little colored landmarks of who owns what base without redesignign them.

Well, you don't have to take the fort illeteratly, like let's say at end of war you declare this fort yours and victorious but you still use it.

Imagine This

Using ROBLOX new Teleports.

You have multiple small forts.

Inside the forts, are teleporters. They teleport you to the next fort needed to take before moving onto the next one. The raiders have NO IDEA where the next for is, forcing them to HAVE to take the teleporter, which means they have to take the base. Eventually, they take the bases, and make it to the Main Fort, if you take all the forts, and the Main Fort, you win :D

i was JUST thinking about something like this a few days ago.
maybe you could make it so the flag changes the color scheme, the flag, and maybe some aesthetical things within the base depending on who owns it, and the person who captures it uses the base as if it is its own, like uses it for training, and other groups can raid the base to take it for themselves.
more realistic IMO.

There be serious lag constrants though. As it stands your main fort has lag problems and all it has is 30 people, RAT style guns and so. A ragdoll script will make lag even worse as well as the scripts needed to perform the rest of the functions like this. You will need a completely new templete with new everything made to be as lag free as possible.

Just have a script that makes the base change aesthetically to a Vaktovian design upon capture of the flag by Vak. Or upon the timer's countdown to zero.

Do it Planetscape style:

EVERY Fort is consistent.
You make it so that the Capture changes between the Colors chosen for whatever Enemy Clan you're fighting,(Different for each Enemy Clan,) and then there's the original color-scheme. When it's captured by an Enemy-Clan, it checks to see the Clan of whoever captured it, changes the colors based on that. Then uses Persistant Data to save it like that.
All Captures to a minimum of 30 Minutes, plus an additional 30 minutes to hack the doors. If there're actual SOLDIERS garrisoned there, it should take forever.
