| it doesn't require as much strength as i thought, but you still need to have quite a lot of strength otherwise you'll just collapse. |

| I can't do normal pushups due to the fact that I'm double jointed in my shoulders, causing my shoulder blades to be farther downward, and screwing over my entire diaphram, making push-ups nearly impossible. |

I can do a 1 hand 360 pull up while curing my abdominal muscles in a sit up type motion.
