♦Virtual Senses: Selon Life♦ [REPOST]

♦Are you ready for your rebirth?♦

*Author's Note: I thank GoldN especially for helping me.

And I know this is long, but bear with me, it's not that hard to remember. You can skip the information (which is basically over half of this) since you can look back at it later, but I recommend you reading it at some point.

♦Story♦

•A.D. 2049

The #1 gaming company in the world, GAME-GO, announced the construction of a brand new style of gaming called "Virtual Senses". Shortly, whenever you want to play a game, you pluck a GAME-GO Virtual Senses Helmet (Or VSH) on and you enter a dream-like state. In this position, which fans call "Dream Phase", you are mentally placed into the game of your choice while your physical body is put into sleep-mode.

For example, say you want to play an adventure game. In your dream phase, you'll literally be the main character, you'll literally get to hold weapons, throw things, eat things, watch things, talk about things, kill things, and so on. Another way to think about this is that the game has become a reality to your senses (hence the name). You, the player, feel anything that happens in the game, and your physical body in the game could become scathed (or something), but your ACTUAL physical body isn't affected. (So pretty much, anything that occurs in the game stays in the game, and anything that happens in real life stays in real life.)

(*Also, you can adjust the game so that it boots you out anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, but the VSH automatically saves your game and wakes you up once five hours have passed.)

•A.D. 2065

It's been sixteen years since GAME-GO's release of Virtual Senses. Now, the company has announced the construction of a new game called "Selon Life", where you can stay longer than five hours! (Most players play while they're actually sleeping, so that they can play a straight 8 hours or something.)

Selon Life is a game where you live a second life (Ho-ho, big shocker) during medieval-like times in a fantasy game world. Basically, it's like a lot of those adventure, MMORPG games where you level up, explore different places, and complete quests.

You start out as a human, elf, beast-like human, fairy, etc., you choose a class (warrior, archer, magician, thief, assassin, or citizen), and then you may choose a job if you wish (either live out your life as the class you chose, or you can have a side job such as a musician, crafter, etc.). After this, you're chucked into the Starter Field. The Start Field is pretty much an island floating on top of Selon World. However, once you're reach level ten, you are forced out of the island, it becomes invisible to your every sense.

Continuing on- At level ten, you are sent to a random city in one of the five continents (Just to make it easy: Central, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, or Northwest.). And thus, your adventure officially begins!~

*More information about Selon Life will be given later on.

•A.D. 2067

Hey gamers, are you ready? Your two years of anticipation are over!

Selon Life is finally on sale in GAME-GO stores!~ Cascades of people are lining up inside these stores, ready to be born into their second life.

-♥♦♣♠-

You are a student (or teacher, or someone else...) about to attend Cherry Blossom Academy (it's a day before the first day of school), a private school for exceptional, young students who excel in certain subjects (academics, sports, arts, etc.). This new game has been buzzing around your school, and everyone's excited about the new release. It seems that they'll be starting their second life soon.

♥♦♣♠--------------------------------------------------------------------------------♠♣♦♥

*Note: None of this has to be memorized. Especially the geography stuff. Those in "*" are information that should be read... Unless you want to be lost in the RP. ^^

♦INFO♦

-Selon Life, The Game:

As explained before, Selon Life is an adventure, fantasy game where you can play with others. You begin by constructing your character's information and appearance and whatnot. There isn't much to explain, but we'll start with races.

-♥♦♣♠-

You may be a...

:Human- Eh... Self-explanatory...

:Elf- I don't think I really have to explain this, but...

Elves are practically the same as humans, except that they have pointy ears, and are depicted to have pale skin. They are considered to be more "in touch" with specific elements of nature. (And so on...)

:Dark Elf- The same as an elf, but the single, major difference is that dark elves perform darker magic (if the elf is a magician) or dark arts or other stuff.

:Fairy- A miniature version of a human, but with a pair of slightly transparent wings. Most fairies are about one-two feet.

:Beasts- Basically, a beast will be a human with beast features. For example, if you choose to be based off of a wolf, then you will appear to be a human with wolf's fur for skin, a wolf's head for... er... the head, and etc. Beast humans will be able to morph from beast-like human form to "total beast" form. In total beast form, the player can shift to the actual animal he/she is.

:Dwarf- A short, stocky, robust creature with human-like physical features (and long beards and puffy eyebrows (Lol. Jk~ 83)). Eh... Dwarves are incredible singers (<-- LOL, I just had to. X3) and are very powerful. They are also considered excellent forgers and blacksmiths.

:Goblins- These short, green midgets aren't very bright, but they sure do know what true treasure is. Goblins tend to be more pleased in the cold than heat, and so most live in hidden, underground cities or isolated, uncharted villages.

:Orc- In short, orcs are larger versions of goblins.

:Elemental- Elementals are spirits of, obviously, elements/organisms. There are animal-based elements, plant-based elements, actual element-based elements, and so on.

-For example, an elemental of water will be forever in the form of water and use water-based attacks. Nothing else. An elemental of a tiger will always be a tiger himself/herself. (And so on...)

Elementals CANNOT be a class, but they can have a job. This is because they already have attacking abilities, skills, etc.

*These are the only races that I will allow in the RP. If you do not understand any of these, then feel free to PM me.

-♥♦♣♠-

NEXT, your gaming character may be one of the five classes (except elementals):

:Warriors- Warriors are the strongest of all classes- and the slowest. Since warriors are close-range attackers, a robust suit of armor and weaponry are needed. A warrior's equipment are expensive, but they don't need to be constantly changed. Also, because warriors have strong health and attacks, they don't need to buy as many red/health potions (they restore health) as other classes.

:Archers- Archers are quick, nimble (but not as much as thieves), and intelligent. To be an archer, you need to know how to use your surroundings, and you need to be able to make logical predictions. This is because everything can affect the shot of your arrows. If the arrow doesn't go in the right place, then it'll be harder to survive. This is unlike classes such as warriors, who can just slice up opponents.

Archers usually wear light, flexible armor that are cheap. On the other hand, bows and arrows can be expensive, especially because you have to constantly buy and repair arrows. Archers don't need that many red potions since they attack from afar, but they tend to use blue/mana potions (they restore mana points, which is used for skills.) for attack boosts (arrows aren't exactly the strongest weapons).

:Magician- I'd say that magicians are the second slowest of all classes. However, they're very powerful and skillful. Magician armor is decently priced and well designed, but staffs and wands are more expensive, especially if you get them enchanted. Being long-ranged attackers, magicians don't need a lot of health potions. However, because magicians use plenty of skills, mana potions are always in demand.

Magicians are also the most vulnerable. They have the lowest health points, and can be quickly killed in a few blows. So in conclusion: Can easily beat you, but you can easily beat them.

:Thieves- Thieves are the most agile and nimble of all classes. Thieves have swift, strong attacks, and can be close-rangers or long-rangers. When thieves attack you up close, they usually use daggers, or short swords. Daggers enable them to make quick, deadly slashes. When thieves raid from a further distance, they use throwing knives, those ninja shurikens, or anything else that can be thrown.

A thief's armor, like an arhcer's, is light yet strong, so it is not very expensive. They are usually armor that hug the wearer's skin, and a thief's armor is short. Weapons, on the other hand, could make anyone faint. Daggers are mid-priced, but throwing weapons expensive, and they always have to be replaced and repaired. In addition, thieves tend to use a lot of blue potions, like magicians.

:Assassins- Now here are the silent, creepy people who know your every dream and nightmare (not really). Assassins are a similar branch of thieves. They're more likely to use weapons that are small and not easily seen. For near attacks, most assassins use claws. Meanwhile, pistols and guns are a common weapon for far attacks.

You can easily pick out an assassin by their clothes when you first meet one-not by their skills. Assassins normally wear slightly baggy, long armor/clothes, where they can hide weaponry and other items in. Assassins have unique, expensive clothes made of fine, smooth material. Their weapons are also delicate and detailed, so they are also expensive. In addition, bullets have to be routinely bought for ammo. However, most assassins have no need to purchase health potions and mana potions, for their health and mana points are fairly high.

:Citizen/No Class- Some people want to live a second life, and not a game. Therefore, by being a citizen, you can just live and explore this new world. You can maintain a job and not have to worry about leveling up. Most cities and towns depend on citizens, because citizens eventually become owners of in-game restaurants, shops, banks, etc. (there ARE NPC stores, but most players prefer things made by actual humans, and not pixels).

-♥♦♣♠-

Finally, you may choose a job (optional):

:There are so many that I will not explain...

-♥♦♣♠-

After all this is complete, you will be sent to an island called "Starter Island". There, you can get familiar with the game, its functions, monsters, etc. At level ten, you will receive a letter that you will be forced to leave the island in five minutes. Once five minutes are up, most players will be knocked out, and will wake up in a city in one of the five continents. (Players tend to call the cities that they woke up in their "home city", and end up buying a house there.)

THEN YOU BEGIN YOUR SELON LIFE ADVENTURE!

:Your Second Life- In Selon Life, you must care to your daily necessities (bathing, brushing your teeth, eating, potteh...), such as in real life, and you must find a way to make a living and earn money. Some players defeat monsters, perform quests, and do jobs for others to earn money, while others, as explained before, manage stores to make money, or become performers. In addition, you must have a home in any of the multiple kingdoms. Homes are places for recreation, fun, rest, meals, etc. ^^

-♥♦♣♠-

BASIC RULES:

:The most important thing is probably the act of homicide in this game. No player is allowed to assassinate other players unless it is a PvP (Player versus player) zone or a PvP day (there will be certain days each year where players may freely kill each other, no matter the difference in skills. I would avoid logging on on these days.). On these days, when you are given permission to eradicate other gamers, then both/all (anyone who aided in a killing will be given experience points. Btw, EXP (EXP=experience) points are for leveling up and raising skills. More EXP is needed after each level up.) participants will receive an equal amount of EXP points.

Though killing is otherwise forbidden, the Selon Staff is quite busy (*cough* busy=lazy *cough*) with other "matters", and so most murders pass by (unless a sufficient amount of furious players report the guilty).

*When you die, either from another player, monster, NPC Boss, accident (yes, accidents can happen in Selon Life), etc., then you will be sent to a Haven (at death, you turn into some gassy, strange light and shoot up to the sky. Then, you are transported to the closest Haven, which is in the middle of each Kingdom.). Everything else is practically the same, except for loosing a level and stuff. Also, you are invincible (can't be harmed) for ten minutes, and it is shown by a faint aura surrounding you.

:Next, no player(s) may camp other gamers. This means constantly killing a certain player, or players, until a specific level (usually back to level 1 if many have a grudge against this person). Most camps are done by gangs (yush, they may exist in Selon Life, but they are against the rules) or guilds, and they cover each Haven. When the player is sent to one of these Havens, he/she is restricted by guild members, and after every ten minutes, is killed and sent back to the Havens. This process would be repeated.

*Anyway, you're not allowed to do this.

:Stealing or robbing anyone of anything is not legal. The consequences are the same if reported (see below).

:No hac.king or cheating! (Not exactly possible, though... The GAME-GO company always has an extremely tight security.)

-Eh... That stuff, okie dokie?

-♥♦♣♠-

SELON LIFE COMMANDS:

:These commands are used for basic functions of the game. (This is like in ordinary MMORPG games, where you can click on a button to view your inventory, equipment, stats, skills, etc.)

-Say...-

:"System: Information"- When you want to know about something or someone. Whatever or whoever it is, you need to specify. For example, if it is a player, then you must say "Character Information: [Username of the Player]". Only the current equipment, appearance, and stats of the player will be revealed in a screen visible by only you.

If you would like to know information about an item, say "System: Item Information: [Name of Item]". You will be shown the appearance, details, and effects (if it has any) of the item.

If you would like information on a mob monster, then say "System: Mob Information: [Name of Monster]". The basic appearance, stats, attacks, drops, and etc. will be given about the monster.

If you would like information about a place, then say "System: Map Information: [Kingdom, Continent, or Place's Name]". The place will be pinpointed on the Selon World map, and a few details will be given.

-You may add notes in-game about a person, item, monster, etc.

:"System: Self"- You say this whenever you would like to view your own informative profile. You can also access your digitally stored inventory (which can hold up to thirty items), personal equipment, a view of yourself, etc.

:"System: Create Party"- This is when you want to form a temporary alliance with other players. In parties, all players split experience points (used for leveling up) and money. Drops, however, are not shared. (Oh, and drops are items that certain monsters leave when they die. Some might not have any, while others have drops. Some might have useless drops, while other high-leveled monsters have valuable drops.)

:"System: Party Invite: [Username of Player]"- Used to invite a gamer to a party. Only party leaders may do this. (You can do guild invites too, and other stuff, blah blah blah. :3)

:"System: Message Party: [Username of Player]"- This is when you want to secretly chat with someone. In message parties, you may chat with more than one player. In regular parties, you may also secretly chat with all members, or individual members. (You do not have to constantly say "Message Party". Once a conversation has started, you have mental conversations. Meanwhile, if you'd like to speak to someone not in the party at the same time, you can just talk to him/her.)

:"System: Report: [Username of Player]: [Act of Violence Against Terms of Use and Private Policy and All That]"- To report a user who is violating the rules, simply state this and it will [eventually] be viewed by an Administrator (A), Moderator (M), or Game Master (GM).

-Consequences: If you truly are a violator, then your consequences are...

-- 1. Warning
2. Critical Warning
3. Ba.nned/jailed for a day. In Selon, an official NPC will find you and transport you to the Selon Prison.
4. Jailed for 3 days.
5. Jailed for a week.
*And so on... Eventually, you could be ba.nned for life.

If you are a false reporter, then you'll usually get a warning or fine... Unless you repeatedly false report.

-There's more (I guess), but by now, I guess you'd know what to do...

-♥♦♣♠-

SELON LIFE RANKS:

*From highest to lowest...

:Head Master (HM)/Superior- There is only one Head Master of this game. This person is often called the King of Selon World. However, no one knows what this person looks like. or who he/she is- in and out of reality.

:Game Masters (GM)- Game Masters are subordinate to the Head Master. They patrol Selon World and report any situation and that stuff. They also take in all players' comments, suggestions, complaints, reports, etc. All GMs are required to memorize nearly every information about the game because, well, they all ARE part of the Selon Staff, so why shouldn't they?

-Hidden Game Masters (HGM): Hidden Game Masters are required to play with regular gamers, but are not allowed to reveal themselves. This gives the GAME-GO Company a better view of the game from a player's view.

:Moderators (Mods, Modbots, etc.)- Right underneath GMs, Moderators focus more on player complaints and reports.

:Admins (Ads...?)- The second to last group of members in the Selon Life Ranking, Admins focus on improving the game and finding any bugs, viruses, hackers, etc.

:Players- The largest and lowest group of authority. Your job is to simply play and enjoy.

-♥♦♣♠-

BASIC MONSTERS:

*Note: The higher level the monster, the more EXP is given. And remember.... Monster/NPC bosses give plenty more EXP, and better drops.

Also, there may be different categories of monsters. For example, let's use the Slimes. There are the original slimes, and then there are Red Slimes, Blue Slimes, and Royal Slimes. Each are at least a level higher, and may use a slightly different attack.

ALSO, all monsters respond realistically. By that, I mean that they're not given a set of attack orders to follow. Each monster sort of has a mind of its own, like in real-life, and will act instinctively. If it feels threatened, then it will attack. However, if you're simply trying to get past, it may or may not attack. And blah blah blah...

-Training Bubbles (level 1): Simply cute, floating bubbles that cannot attack. Used For training purposes, and only found on Start Field.

-Slimes (level 5): These cute little creatures look like upside-down, heart-shaped jelly with a little antenna on its head. Their two, only attacks are biting and head-but.ting.

-Sirens (level 15): These impossibly beautiful, photoshopped women enchant and lure you with their songs and voices (like that Greek legend). Giving you false visions and dreams, they'll keep singing until you're close enough to your death. What makes these so low level than expected, however, is that if you wear earplugs, you can easily kill them because music is their only offense.

-Bandits (level 15): Human, NPC monsters that steal and kill. You'd be able to notice them because they all wear the same outfit: Black cloak, black cape, black mask, black pants, black gloves, black socks, white shoes (lol). They try to blend in with the shadows as much as possible, but the shoes always have to be in fashion.

-Wolves (level 20): Vicious, savage beasts that are quick on their feet and use powerful attacks. A few attacks that they use are scratching, biting, head-but.ting, etc. (Higher level wolves: White Moon Wolves, Demon Wolves, etc.)

-Highwaymen (level 20-30): Stealthier and more violent than bandits, they have a way of torturing you for money before killing you.

-Rouge Goblins (level 20-30): These goblins, unlike NPC goblins and player-controlled goblins, all steal and live in the wild. They tend to gather in large groups and ambush single players.

-Skeletons (level 30): Rattling, chattering, walking bones that want to destroy you and join them. The freakiest thing about them is that they use their own bones as clubs and weapons. That's just not right... (Also: Fire Skeletons, Death Skeletons, etc.) Some skeletons are summoned by necromancers.

-Ogres (level 20-40): Disgusting, usually pale-green, monsters. They're not smart, and they attack anyone they see. Sometimes, they'll even attack themselves, 'cause they're turpid like that.

-Basilisks: (level 40-50): Massive, scaly, creepy snakes. Just like in legends, locking into their eyes may paralyze (not forever, of course) and kill you.

-Demons (starts at level 50): Usually about 10 feet in height, and they have a quite large torso and stuff. Demons usually use their hands to attack, and all have fiery, glowing red eyes. (There are also Water Demons, Fire Demons, etc.)

-Demon Maidens (starts at level 60): The wives of demons. This means that they're way scarier. Demon maidens are difficult to defeat (especially for males) because of their extremely alluring, impossible beauty that distracts players. Most (male) players die quickly.

-Dragons (level 70): Wise monsters that have a horrifyingly scary appearance. Dragons are larger than demons in size, and most have wings and razor-sharp claws. (There are also Fire Dragons, Black Dragons, Golden Dragons, Sky Dragons, etc.)

*This is just a snippet of what monsters lay in Selon World.

-♥♦♣♠-

GEOGRAPHY OF SELON LIFE:

*Each continent is separated and surrounded by water. So they're continents and islands. ^^

Also, to travel from continents, you must take a ship (which costs 1,000 Crystal Coins = 2,000 Gold Coins = 3,000 Silver Coins = 5,000 Bronze Coins. The lowest monster drops 10 bronze coins.

Official Conversion System: 20 Bronze Coins = 10 Silver Coins = 5 Gold Coins = 1 Crystal Coin), and it would, on average, take five hours to travel to any continent.

Each continent holds a rare, godly weapon that must be fought for. These things are not allowed to be given to another player, bought, sold, etc. The only way to obtain these are from hidden quests, or fighting it from the owner.

*All kingdoms are controlled by a landlord, along with other players. They are responsible for maintaining their land, taxes, law enforcement, etc. Also, if you wish to take over a kingdom, you must destroy the kingdom's crystal gem (which is just like a massive, opal-like diamond-like jewel), which can be located in the central tower of each kingdom.

:Central Continent- There are five kingdoms in this continent: Diamond River Kingdom to the north, Platinum Kingdom to the east, Glass Spectrum to the south, Gold Kingdom to the west, and finally, Selon Kingdom is in the center.

-Diamond River Kingdom: Diamond River Kingdom is known for its luxurious goods and services. The most prominent feature of this kingdom is it's beautiful river that flows down from the Orc Mountains. The river, named Diamond River, truly sparkles like a freshly-polished diamond under the beaming rays of the sun, and is the source of the kingdom's name. (Symbol-diamond)

-Platinum Kingdom: Platinum Kingdom is known for its shiny, shiny, shininess. 83 (Symbol-a crown)

-Glass Spectrum: This kingdom is known for its beautiful meadow that you must cross before you reach the actual kingdom. The meadow, which always seems to be slightly damp with dew drops, reflects the colorful spectrum of light. (Symbol-a white daisy)

-Gold Kingdom: Gold Kingdom is known for its beautiful, detailed architecture that gleams in the sun. Everything seems to always stay clean- even the ground. (Symbol-A flame)

-Selon Kingdom: Selon Kingdom is the only safe kingdom, where players cannot be hurt, can safely log out, and can communicate with many other gamers. (Symbol-a shield with two swords crossing over the front)

-Orc Mountain: A mountain in the northwest. It holds harsh, bitter cold, snowy climates, and hides many orcs and goblins who live there. Most orcs and goblins are quite friendly, or at least neutral. Players often come to the mountains for their high-quality equipment and goods, but often come back with a cold (in-game, of course. ^^).

-Orc Cave: This cave is heavily guarded. No one is sure of what is inside, but a player who once got close to stepping in claimed to see exquisite jewels and riches beyond the imaginable, and possibly the point of one of the heavenly weapons.

:Northwest Continent- This continent holds four kingdoms: Black Tiger Kingdom to the north, Silver Wolf Kingdom to the east, Feather Kingdom to the south, and Killer Butterfly Kingdom to the west (<-- Lol. That one's just for laughs. :3). This continent is mainly a grassy area with dense, rich forests. It is also known for beautiful beaches and sunsets. :D

-Black Tiger Kingdom: Black Tiger Kingdom looks as if you've stepped into a traditional, Asian, flourishing city. Everything is detailed, beautiful, and hand-crafted. The quaint traditions seems to give everyone the mood to settle down and enjoy themselves. Many sculptures of ferocious yet graceful tigers can be found.

Also, this kingdom holds a strong, powerful guild named White Lions (yush, I know, opposite of the kingdom name.), who are in conflict with the guild Phoenix of Silver Wolf Kingdom and Butterflies of Killer Butterfly Kingdom. This guild is also rumored to be in possession of one of the five godly weapons. (Symbol-tiger)

-Silver Wolf Kingdom: This kingdom is similar to Black Tiger Kingdom. You'll see more greens and gardens here, however. The powerful guild Phoenix also has their main quarters here. Statues of wolves and phoenixes can be seen here. (Symbol-a wolf crying up to a phoenix)

-Feather Kingdom: Feather Kingdom is famous as being most neutral, friendly kingdom of Selon World. Feather Kingdom is also known as the Music Kingdom, because of the soft, gentle music that is always heard in every corner of the city. Many performers come here to entertain players with joyful songs. (Symbol-a harp emitting feathers)

-Killer Butterfly Kingdom: Founded by the guild "Butterflies", this kingdom has a feminine touch to everything. You'd find that most citizens who live here are women, because all members of the Butterflies guild are female. (Symbol-Monarch butterfly)

:Northeast Continent- Three kingdoms flourish here- Sakura Kingdom in the north, Fells Garden Kingdom in the southeast, and Assyrian Kingdom in the southwest. The Northeast Continent is spoken highly of its beautiful landscapes and plentiful vegetation.

-Sakura Kingdom: The architecture is similar to that of Black Tiger Kingdom's. The detailed, quaint, Asian buildings and houses line the neatly paved streets of this kingdom. Sakura Kingdom, as its name states, has many cherry blossom trees planted in the kingdom. These trees also surround the kingdom, as if protecting it. The air here is always crisp and fresh, and with the exquisite scenes of this kingdom, Sakura Kingdom is a very popular "hotspot". (Symbol-a cherry blossom)

-Fells Garden Kingdom: Ruled by the Fells, this kingdom is practically invaded by beautifully arranged flowers and plants. If you've got pollen allergies, I wouldn't come here. (Symbol-an ivy branch with a necklace of flowers wrapped around it)

-As/syrian Kingdom: Also known as the "@s.s" Kingdom, this is built by a guild known as "As/syrians". The guild/kingdom is infamous for murdering players, torture, boasting about these acts, pillaging, and (strangely) wonderful poetry. Somehow, their actions are not seen by any game officials, though it has been reported multiple times. Though I would not recommend moving here, a few high-level, valuable NPC quest acceptances are located here, and rare, high-leveled equipment made by the As/syrians are only sold at this kingdom. (Symbol-a jeweled sword)

-The Eye: Also known as "Garima's Tears", this lake is in the middle of the continent. Legend has it that a heartbroken, depressed man named Garima wept on a rock in the middle of the lake. He cried so much that his tears eventually formed this lake.

-Black Water Dome: Though nobody has found this place, it is said that the Black Water Dome is an underwater cave in The Eye. Protected by vicious, marine creatures, one of the five heavenly weapons lies in this cave.

:Southeast Continent- A mysterious continent with four kingdoms: Moon Kingdom in the north, Star Kingdom to the east, Sun Kingdom to the south, and Sky Kingdom to the west. All kingdoms tend to be more of the magician side.

-Moon Kingdom: Moon Kingdom is known for its medieval-inspired architecture. The only way to enter this kingdom, which is surrounded by a moat, is by a stone bridge. The kingdom is also known for its deep, arts passion and peacefulness. (Symbol-a crescent moon)

-Sky Kingdom: Sky Kingdom is known to have giddy, carefree, amiable citizens who are known to have their head up in the clouds. This kingdom is also prominent for the best potion shops (and alc.oh/ol shops. Btw, there IS an alc.oh/ol restriction in this world, where you must be at least 19. However, it's not exactly enforced...). Now, this place may be full of carefree, d.r.u/nk people, but you'd have to admit that this will probably be on of the most beautiful places you'd ever lay eyes on. The buildings and decorations, which are Greek and Roman inspired, are extremely detailed, and beautiful, quaint ivy and floral plants grow everywhere. The streets are paved with marble, and fruit trees line the streets.

Not to mention, this kingdom floats on top of a cloud, and the only way to reach it is a flying transportation method (which you must provide yourself). (Symbol-a curvy, circular pattern on a cloud)

-Sun Kingdom: Just like Moon Kingdom, it is based on medieval designs. It can simply be reached by a trance through its wide, open field (that really reminds me of Zelda. o.o). Sun Kingdom is known for holding many aggressive, fighting tournaments and weapon shops. Most people come here to either watch or participate in battles, mostly just to grow stronger and have fun- not for rival purposes. (Symbol-the sun)

-Star Kingdom: Star Kingdom is famous for its night skies full of billions of stars (the star map/chart is the same here as on Earth) and magical ceremonies/celebrations. In addition, you'll see many night-blooming, beautiful flowers. Similar to that of Sky Kingdom, this kingdom floats on top of a misty, slightly glowing star/cloud thing, and can only be reached by flight transportation. (Symbol-five stars circling a nightshade)

-The Crystal Fountain: Found in the middle of all four kingdoms, this beautiful, massive fountain is a symbol of peace between the kingdoms. Whenever one kingdom wishes to wage war or invade another, the symbol of that kingdom shines on one of the four sides of the fountain. The center of this fountain points upward, and glassy, shiny crystals are etched into beautiful designs. The Crystal Fountain practically spews out rainbows.

Rumor has it that one of the famous, celebrated weapons of Selon World is contained in the impossible to melt/scratch crystals of this fountain.

:Southwest Continent- This continent is mainly known for its variety of monsters that prowl the area. Only two kingdoms are charted here- Vira Gears Kingdom is at the north, and Serivale Kingdom lies in the South.

-Vira Gears Kingdom: This kingdom is known for the incredible complexity of its features. It's like a Clockwork type of kingdom. Nearly everything is run by machines/gears, and you will always hear a the ticks of a clock in this kingdom. This place can be a bit eerie at first, but you'll eventually get used to it.

-Serivale Kingdom: An extremely tied, powerful, medieval-cored kingdom, Serivale is known for its strength and unity. Everyone here knows each other, and they all aid in each others' training. Serivale is also known as the "Trading Kingdom", because many merchants and traders come here, and a variety of goods may be purchased.

-Witch's Mountains: Legend has it that this long range of steep mountains started out as a single hill. Karen, a witch who committed many crimes and frauds, was set for execution on the hill. They say that before she died, she laughed her head off (literally) as the blade came hurtling down. Her laughs created the mountains known as the Witch's Mountains (or Karen's Mountains/laughs) today. Some say that you can still hear her creepy laughs.

These mountains are a popular area for dragon hunting, demon hunting, rouge goblin hunting, etc.

--White Fire Peak: The tallest peak in the Witch's Mountains, this peak is nearly impossible to reach. So far, no player has been able to climb all the way up to the mountain (especially because at the very top, it's all smooth, so it IS impossible to climb). Not only is it difficult to scale, but fire-breathing, flying monsters (dragons 8D) encompass the peak, protecting an item that is rumored to be the final heavenly weapon.

-♥♦♣♠-

THE FIVE LEGENDARY WEAPONS:

-Dragonheart: (Location: Southwest Continent) A broad, razor-sharp sword with a unique design. The metal of the sword comes out like this- "\_/"- and then it points back to the middle at the top. This diamond-like part of the sword has a fiery, crimson red, heart-shaped ruby in the middle of it, with a burning fire encased in the ruby. The metal has a thin, crimson red outline with delicate, golden, swirling patterns carved on the outline.

The hilt of the sword is completely black. At the section where the hilt meets the metal, the hilt expands into a pair of dragon wings that have red, bony tips. Between the wings is a diamond-shaped glass trapping a tiny dragon made of fire in the inside. This weapon is designed for warriors, and it can withstand any heat/flame. The sword may be alighted in fire, may absorb any fire attacks, and etc.

-Crystal Crescent: (Location: Southeast Continent) A long, durable, basic compound bow made entirely of sparkling, impossible to break crystals. This bow has leaf-shaped, feather-like things parting from the arrow rest, shelf, grip, etc. (basically from the middle). Though these feather things are soft to the touch, they are difficult to bend and break. Ivory, greenish silver guards are placed on the front of the feathers and trail around in a swirling pattern on the rest of the bow.

Instead of wheels at both points of the bow, there are bunched up leaves that have floral designs as veins. These leaves seem to always be fresh, and never wrinkle. The bow string is made of thin, flexible vines, and the grip, arrow rest, and arrow shelf, are all also made of ivy and have tiny primroses growing on them. The teardrops and notching point are also primroses. The flowers change into a soft color everyday. This bow is designed for (obviously) archers, and may withstand any grass-related attack. It actually absorbs these attacks, and seems to become more powerful when the surroundings are over 50% (LIVING) plant life.

-Rainfall: (Location: Southeast Continent) A long, silver staff made of ancient oak and willow. This rare wood does not perish or decay. The top curves into a hook, and a slightly glowing, sea blue orb of water floats from that hook. (Not exactly touching the curve, but just floating off of it.) The orb has a thin, flexible outside, and greenish blue, blue, and indigo water mix together inside. Water droplets that don't evaporate hang onto the staff in a beautiful, elegant pattern like permanent morning dewdrops. Beneath these marine drops is a silver-colored pattern of curves, swirls, and circles that crawl up the staff. The paint reflects the light, as do the water.

Now, if you haven't figured it out yet, the Rainfall Staff is immune to any water attack. It absorbs any attack into the floating orb, and may deflect the attack. (Just so you know, this is basically what each weapon can do to their elements.) This staff is given a boost when in a completely marine environment.

-Wind Rider: (Location: Northweast Continent) A large, razor-sharp, thin weapon with two forms for thieves. The first form is a shuriken that is white, and the shine seems to never fade. It has a black outline, and ancient writing is on each side of the shuriken. In silver, there are tiny patterns hugging the outline of the shuriken. The middle of the shuriken has a hole, and all sides can be closed into a dagger-like weapon.

This is called the wind rider because it seems to always ride with the wind (dur). When thrown as a shuriken, it slices the air, and the wind propels the weapon. Jet streams are seen as it hits the target. Unlike other shuriken, this shuriken always returns to the owner, no matter what. Also, even in dagger form, Winder Rider uses the force of the wind in aid when attacking. Wind attacks are useless to this weapon, etc. etc. etc...

-Lightning Lance: (Location: Central Continent) The Lightning Lance is worn as a pair of thick, black, secure bracelets (may go over gloves or something) that always seem to have an electric bounce to them. The bracelets have a golden trim, and ancient writing in gold, white, and silver are carved into the bracelets. A clear crystal encasing a jumpy lightning bolt is on the middle of each bracelet. There's a square made of gold at the edge of the bracelet, so that it lays on the backside of the user's hand. Each side has a black trim, and white lightning patterns. The side of the square closest to the knuckles have a handle where the user wraps his/her hand around. The two sides of each handle (-> |--| <-) have rounded crystals.

Three claws around ten inches extend from the bracelet. They have a golden pattern carved into them. Five shorter, additional claws are attached to the side of the square closest to the knuckles. The three claws can be flipped up so that these may be used. You could flip up only one of these additional claws, two, three, or all. Obviously, the Lightning Lance absorbs lightning and energy attacks, blah blah blah. Designed for assassins (but then again, they're a branch of thieves).

SOME PLAYER INFO:

:Stat Percentages-

-Stat Categories:

--Strength (Offense): -%
--Dexterity (Defense): -%
--Intelligence (Magic abilities): -%
--Luck (Stealth/thief abilities): -%

TOTAL- 100%

*The percentage makes up the amount of points that goes to each category. Warriors will have higher Strength and Dexterity percentages than Intelligence and Luck. Meanwhile, magicians need to focus more on a higher Intelligence and Dexterity percentage.

As you level up, you receive more Stat points. These are automatically divided into whatever amount of percentage you put for each category.

♦RULES♦

- I, SkyLight, must accept your character before you post.
- No ub.ering, god-modding- you know.
- Don't control other characters. Also, you are not given permission to control major NPCs. (By this, I mean in Selon Life (the game in the RP) AND out of the game in the RP.) Only admins whom I appoint NPCs to may control them. HOWEVER, you may control minor NPCs such as store clerks and... well, you know.
- Put "Flying Waffles" at the bottom of your CS (CS = Character Sheet).
- I can add necessary rules whenever I want to.
- Break any of these rules, and OFF WITH YOUR HEAD! (lol. JK) But three strikes and you're out!
- Use correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Or at least try. I won't care if you make a few typos in your posts. Repeat: I won't care if you make a FEW typos in your posts. (So if I conclude that it'll take ten minutes (<-- emphasized) to comprehend your post, then I won't be reading it.)
-If you ask to be an admin, then you won't be an admin.
- Put "Cupcakes ate the zombies" at the bottom of your CS instead of "Flying Waffles."
- All ROBLOX forum rules apply.

♦Character Sheet♦

~Regular Character~

Name: Nyx Wright

A.ge: 13

Gender: F

Inventory: N/A

Appearance: Nyx has dark brown hair, which is fairly straight. She keeps it tied back into a pony tail, which ends at the back of her neck. Her eyes are charcoal blackish in color, but lean more towards a dark grey. Her skin tone is somewhat pale, but not enough to make her stick out to much. She has a slight overbite. She is petite, but generally fairly tall at 5'5. She has a pointed chin and subtle features. She normally wears the school uniform. Outside of school, she wears casual clothing with no distinct style.

Personality: She's pretty quiet, only talking to a few people regularly at school and such. Her grades are decent, as she gets mostly B's. She's aggravated easily, but tends to keep it to herself. She isn't as social as most of the people in school, but can be friendly if she wants to. Often times she can be a bit sarcastic.

Bio: So far she has lived a normal life, which bothered her. She felt a need to escape the boring clutches of her own life, which is why she plays Selon Life often. Both her parents normally don't return home from work until later in the day, giving her plenty of time to play.

Extra: None.

Occupation: Student of Cherry Garden Academy

Selon Life: Yus, gamer.

~Selon Life Character~

Username: MelodicBlasphemy

A.ge: 13

Gender: F

Inventory: She carries an assortment of weapons and supplies, as well as a punch for anything of value she…. 'finds'.

Weapons: A dull sword, that she tries to keep at best by sharpening it, but it is low level, and not very effective. She also has a few daggers, which are in much better condition. She snagged them from a shop in a small town, and since than have been her main weapon, due to being in better condition.

Appearance: Her character has black hair, which hangs about half-way down her neck, messily. Her bangs often lay across her face, causing her to have to brush them to the sides frequently. Her eyes are dark brown, with tiny gold flecks that are only visible if the lighting hits them correctly. Her lips are chapped, small cracks showing. She has a thin face, with dark features. Her jaw is lightly smudged with dirt. She stands at 5'6, with a slightly larger build than her own irl. She is currently wearing a loose cloth tunic, colored charcoal black. A dark brown belt is placed around the waist of the tunic. She is also wearing loose black pants, tucked into brown boots. A dark hood is worn over her head, disguising most of her face when her head is down. A pouch hangs from her side.

Strengths: Reflexes, swordsmanship, etc.

Weaknesses: She often can't trust many people, so she doesn't have many allies. She doesn't possess much strength as those older than her most of the time, etc.

Stats:
-Strength: 15%
-Dexterity: 40%
-Intelligence: 30%
-Luck: 15%

Personality: She doesn't speak to many people, but keeps a close net of those she associates with for trading, and such. She is known for her thievery at times, which isn't uncommon when she comes across low-level travelers. She keeps most of her traits from her irl.

Guild: She is not specifically involved in a a guild, but often associates with multiple guilds. She mainly deals with the Black Leaves.
-Guild Description: A guild spread across Northeast continent, mainly settled in the As.syrian Kingdom.

Hometown: As.syrian Kingdom, Northeast continent.

Selon Rank: Player

Race: Human.

Bio: She's recently begun the game, but has been leveling up quite quickly. She doesn't follow the game rules half the time, though it rewards her. She has already established a net of people willing to buy stolen goods.
