Ok, I have a 99% chance of getting flamed for this, but, here we go.
Ok, so I have my game, Modern Combat: Harbor Attack. I need a script for if you are in the water that gives you a GUI that counts the amount o air you have left, like a timed killing divice that lets you move freely, and that if you get off the brick the timer stops and the GUI goes away.
Any help? |

Well, the StoppedTouching event would be helpful, when it comes out..
The rules of this forum clearly state that you are not to request scripts.
I do not mind helping, but this forum is for debugging scripts that you made, already, so that we can get it to work. |

| Well, I'm really ticked you can't do that, 'cause what about the people that don't and don't want to script? If you don't mind helping, can you? If you can't, it's okay. |

| lol, i just finished making this exact thing for my game. i just compared my characters torso to the surface of the water to find out if your under water or not and then while your under water i had the bar shrink at a certain increment every second and when the bars Y scale reached 0 you died. the bar refills when your position is above the waters surface. if you want to see it go here: http://www.roblox.com/The-Survival-Game-place?id=11676059 |

Make a GUI. Script it so that when you touch a certian brick name the GUI pops up. if Player:Hit(Brick) = true then script.Parent.GUI.visible = false elseif Player:hit(Brick) = false then script.Parent.GUI.visible = false or something like that. Blah blah blah go find the rest yourself im too lazy to make something for you lol. |

I store 2 values in the player, Underwater and Air.
When the character enters the water, Underwater.Value = 1. while Underwater.Value == 1 and wait(1) do Air.Value = Air.Value - 1 if Air.Value < 1 then script.Parent:BreakJoints() end end
Gui part is easy. |

Thanks, guys. Also, bob, does your help require another script you didn't include? Just asking. Again, thanks!
