This is a very long project to be made - but this sounds like an essential idea for people who want to understand how to create meshes.
Of course, we've had player meshes. They got removed. Now, most of the guns are literally made of bricks with BlockMeshes and weldings.
Is this natural? Of course not. Almost every other professional game uses meshes frequently. Why not ROBLOX?
Yes - there could've been some innapropriate meshes and copyrighted ones in the past, so that is why if ROBLOX created their own Mesh Creator application, copyright claims will never happen as long as ROBLOX creates a specific file type for the mesh. Moderators will check and approve of meshes, also. This can work just like Anim8or - just possibly simpler for the younger.
With this Mesh Creator, it can stop the making of Parts on every single object, Parts and weldings on every single weapon, avoid copyright claims due to it being only made by the Mesh creator, moderator approved so no inappropriate meshes are made, and for people who want to move further into the video game developing world to work with meshes.
Please think of what you think about this idea. |

| 3D mesh creators are hard to make and very expensive. |

PTS?
All I'm saying is for ROBLOX allowing us to create custom meshes with its own mesh-creating application. |

I said PTS.
Papyrus Track Sandbox.
Papyrus is a racing simulation maker and people are allowed to make tracks. |

Support.
Before I say anything else, I'm going to state that this is one of the few threads left on S&I that uses correct grammar and spelling. Makes it easy to read, and looks sleek/professional. :)
Anyways,
I one hundred percent agree on the fact User Meshes should be brought back, though Mr. Shedletsky calls it a "Nightmare" to moderate. I just use the assumption that the Moderators aren't doing a decent job. :)
Though, if User Meshes were to come back, I think ROBLOX should promote Blender, more over making their own program. Blender is one of the most power mesh making programs, in fact, it IS the most powerful free mesh making program as of now. It's quite advanced, but alittle tinkering and you're all set. :)

Yeah - I wish the meshes were brought back. They were fun to have.
Besides, I don't think half of ROBLOX can even create a mesh, so it wouldn't sound like a nightmare to moderate. :D |
