The Roblox Assault Team needs a reform and fast.
Well...
The main problems that anybody can see is:
1) Number of people in each rank.
and
2) R-e-s-p-e-c-t, respect.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ #1:
RAT has a ton of members, half of them are probably random people who have no loyalty to this clan.
The problem is that besides the rank of Conscript, Supervisor has the most people.
Supervisor, is the highest rank that many will make it to.
ColourTheory has made the Vindicator's Division so that the Supervisors have something to do but they earn promotions quickly because training entails: # of KOs= rank up.
I find that this method of training causes quick promotions and no actual training knowledge or skills gleaned from this experience.
I think that a better way to have people earn promotions is like "back in the old days" when you did team-building activities.
Team-building activities create a "bond" between the members of a group and they will be able to work together more efficiently without quarreling.
#2:
With a clan as large as RAT you have many different people join and come into it, some will be amazing Members while others not so much.
Since RAT is so large and has so many Members we encounter many different personalities, which can cause issues dealing with respect.
I have seen RAT Members being disrespectful to everyone, which is not only rude but it also makes RAT look bad to others who witness this.
Respect can range from calling someone a "noob" to disregarding the High Ranking Members or considering the Low Rank Members insignificant and "not as good" as themselves.
No RAT Member is any better than another, we are equal in the sense that all Members should be treated with this keyword...RESPECT if you have not gotten that from what I have said so far.
There is no reason for High Ranked Members to be going around harassing the Lower Ranked Members and Low Ranked Members should listen to their Higher Rank Members.
Respect should also be applied on the RAT Wall, I have seen way too many fights on the RAT wall over silly things. This fighting needs to end now.
I hope this has been informative to an extent, or at least slightly helpful.
No flaming please.

| I do like the respect thing a lot. I have really noticed a lot of RATs being extremely disrespectful to others. Also the harder trainings would be nice too... Getting a set number of kills does not in any way make you a better soilder or be even a challenge for some people. |

| Not Bad Actually, I read the whole thing. If something like this happened, RAT would interest me in joining. |

| *applauds… That is all correct…This should be presented to RAT Congress (aka sparrow corp). I think there should be a section of sparrow for writers. I'm good at writing speeches, laws, peace treaties, and declarations of war. Since none of the sparrow ranks have anything to do with that, I'll never make it in. |

I did the exact thing in FEAR. I had the support of FEAR Leaders iKeyloggz and BrianK2355.
And it did not work out. |

Yeah, the fights on the wall need to stop.
And the vindicator idea would be nice, like teamwork training and such. All people need to do is get a certain amount of KOs to get a easy rank up, doesnt take much work. |

@Ultra
The kind of training would be like:
-Obby courses that you need to have more than one person to finish.
-Mock Raids ie: Black vs. White (RAT Colors) (you need to re-take the base)
-Battle fighting, but group vs. group. ^held at an arena that offers coverage and such.
That's all I can think of right now. |

I do support but there is one problem I find in this and this is the sentence [Quote: No RAT Member is any better than another, we are equal in the sense that all Members should be treated with this keyword...RESPECT if you have not gotten that from what I have said so far.] So if a complete idiot joins RAT that means that they are equal to a person like ruthlessimon. No that is not true at all. So if some guy does stupid things in RAT like flames people on the RAT wall that makes them equal to Raven98. Only GOOD and DESERVING members are equal to each other. Please don't bother me about it I am not trying to flame and I do support this. But I just don't think people that do not deserve respect should get it.
