@hypo You're probably doing push-ups on your knees and bending your elbows about 10 degrees instead of 90. I just did 14 actual push-ups ad i'm going to try to get past that.

Yah, but I only drink a little after push-ups, they don't exactly dehydrate me that much, since running takes more energy than mostly push-ups
