You just gotta have your lungs in shape.
I can sprint a mile just fine without any hard breathing. When I run the mile, you cant even hear me breathing lol. |

I might be the worst runner in SF.
I haven't ran in 2 years. Always jog in mornings, and night. Same for Lacrosse practice. |

Its possible.
But the equivilent of about swimming a 200 yd Freestyle in 1:30.
For reference, Micheal Phelps swims it in 1:45
