"Ugh,this test is ridiculous", I exclaimed."Getting a minotaur wing is tough.Sure I taken down few goblins and trolls before, but a MINOTAUR!?". I sighed and walked catiously through Tskau Forest. I then saw a squirrel and had mistaken it for a minotaur. As I ran away from the squirrel,I then rested on a rock.I heard noises around me. I then noticed I was leaning on a cave.'Cave..cave..cave...Oh yeah! Minotaurs are in caves!' I thought. I walked into the dark and moist cave. |

-Eldrin- He stopped, shifting his gaze to the left. There, a few yards away, was a deer with its back turned to him. Deciding that this would be his target, Eldrin continued walking at the same pace, attempting to approach the deer without startling it. |

(Anywhere, Red. :P If you'd like, you may assist Eldrin on his hunt.)
-Eldrin- He stalked closer to the deer, taking each step gradually. His grip on the dagger tightened as he advanced towards the woodland creature. He licked his dry lips to moisten them. He heart pumped wildly, urging him on, influencing him to lunge forward and act now. But he refused. Just a little closer... |

The leaves crunched and crackled under my rough shoes. Goblins... goblins, where to find some goblins. I thought My village had recently been attacked by a group of little green buggers and I had to find them. I panned the dense forest and saw a swoop of green flash by me. Startled I swung around only to find three goblins aproaching me with there jaws filled with jagged teeth. They had some makeshift weapons and probably weren't afraid to use them. I readied my spear and charged them swinging. The first one juked me but I managed to get the second one turning around to counter the first. The last two took each side and closed in on me, Not Today... I thought as I jumped out of they tried to stab me. I took hold of the first ones slimy green head and threw him into the third. They both fell and I speard them both. Another job well done. |

"Oh my,it sure is dark in here". I then cast Illuminate Spell."Much better". I then reached what seemed like a black boulder."Gah",I exclaimed.I then proceeded to use the Levitate spell.I was cut off when that 'black boulder' moved."What the!?". Then I saw it. It was the mighty BlackThorn dragon.Hypnotizing, purple eyes,black-as-night scales, and dark purple spines from his head to his tail.I was excited and shocked at the same time.'I thought he was only in myths and legends!' I thought. But then I knew I had to protect myself from this dragon. I heard it could kill you in one slash. But then I knew he wasn't going to kill me.I glanced quickly over it's body to see every detail. What seemed odd is that whenever I backed away,he walked toward me.Not normally. He was limping.I checked his front and hind legs.He broke his left hind leg.I looked into the helpless dragon's eyes, and he look into mine.I knew he needed me.I then preformed the Healing spell on it.I was still learning it,so I tried my best using it. |

-Eldrin- A thud shook the ground. The deer lifted its head in alarm, and bounded away at a quickened pace, never glancing back. Eldrin cursed beneath his breath, and decided to investigate. He began moving anxiously towards the direction in which the noise had come from. He swatted branches aside, and stepped over vines, curiosity pricking at him. What was the source of the thud? If he was so worried and wary, why was he headed towards the source anyways? As much as he desired to, he couldn't turn away. |

-Eldrin- Eldrin caught his breath as a long, slender snake brandished back in forth through the few branches that blocked the clear view. Eldrin's idiocy moved him forward, approaching the snake every step. He pushed the last branch aside, and stiffened. A dragon laid across the ground, its head resting flatly on its side, and its tail- which Eldrin had mistakened for a snake -rising off the ground, then falling once more. A trickle of blood ran down the dragon's chest. It laid on its side. He lifted his weight on his tip-toes, and raised his chin. In the dragon's waist was a deep scar, several inches long. Eldrin pondered in thought before glancing around warily. What must he do at this point? Help the dragon? Leave it? Turn it in to his village for a reward? Or should he call for help? At this point, he was speechless. |

-Eldrin- The dragon blew a puff of smoke. Startled, Eldrin stumbled backwards, slipping on the scattered fall leaves, and landing on his backside. He quickly scrambled to his feet, but not quickly enough. The dragon soon took notice of him, and reared up. Eldrin, his large eyes narrowed at the beast, reached behind his back and brought out his mace. The strangest thing happened then. The dragon lifted its chin, its eyes focused on Eldrin; the dragon spoke, "May I have your name?" Eldrin's throat dried; he was astonished, bewildered, and light-headed. Had the dragon just spoken, or had he imagined it? The dragon managed an inhuman giggle. "Oh, don't look at me that way, darling. You did know dragons could speak, didn't you?" Eldrin shook his head, speechless. |

-Eldrin- The dragon continued speaking, with a distant stare in her eyes: "I've had a troublesome life... There has been so much chaos in my life, it is almost recognizable as 'normal'." The dragon snorted. "Forgive me for my startling you. I don't intend on harming you, nor frightening you." The dragon sighed. "Dragons have been feared for several years; it will take uncountable years for dragons to prove their loyalty to all humans." Eldrin pondered in thought for a moment, then spoke to the she-dragon. "You have earned my respect." He kept his voice firm and steady. Taken by surprise, the dragon twisted her head around to face Eldrin. A pleasant expression settled over her crimson red face. "I appreciate that, but, unfortunately, you are one in thousands who will do such a thing. And I'd advise you not to, child, for it will bring great trouble to-" "If I had a bit of sense, I would speak of you to my village; I would earn a reward for turning you in. But you do not see me turning back and fleeing to my hometown, do you? I care not about others' perspectives. I have superiority over my own life." The dragon settled down again, and, if Eldrin hadn't been a mistakened, a slight grin crossed the dragon's face, revealing the edges of its teeth. |
