This guide informs you on the ranks, and how promotions and demotions occur.
1.Enlist Self-explanitory. New to the group.
2.Cadet The 2nd rank. Pretty easy to get. Simply do something like reach the KO limit in a training, erm, uh, or something like that.
3.Soldier By now, you've started proving yourself if this group. The expectations will start getting higher for you at this rank. For a promotion to this, do the same thing, but the goal will be a bit higher.
4.Sergeant You are a fairly valuable member if you have reached this rank. Same thing; the limit for a promotion will be a bit higher.
5.Lieutenant This is the start of Middle Ranks(MRs). If you are a lieutenant and the highest rank in a raid, training, etc., you're in charge.
6.Major This rank is earned with work. The promotion goal for this has high expectations. This is where you can start taking charge in this group.
7.Trainer This is a High Rank, when you can finally host trainings, promote members, etc. I choose the Trainers personally, don't you dare ask for this rank.
8.Leader Best of RFU's best. This rank will contain the best fighters, instructors, teachers, etc. Chosen personally. Don't ask to become a Leader. It will happen if I think you are ready.
9.Sweep Hi.
Training examples: 30 KOs to become Rank 2, 40 for 3, 50 for 4, 60 for 5, and 70 for 6 with a 1.5 KDR.
Doesn't have to be exactly this, but promotions cannot be too easy or too hard to earn.
How to get promotions - Reaching limit for the rank you are in trainings, exceling during raids and defending, being a great group example, etc.
Demotions - Asking for promotions when nothing was accomplished, showing disrespect towards HRs, etc.
Use dis knowledge well. |
