| Well, I want to make a mesh, I know you can't do that anymore, but I've seen the stuff on decals. May anyone please tell me where I can get that template? |

The TextureId leads to the texture silly. The MeshId is the Mesh.

@awesome It is in AssetId so you need to put it into another format.

| Well people retexture some hats and others. They get the template by copy/pasting the template ID onto a decal on a big platform and then they take a screen shot of the platform with the decal on it. So they then edit the template to make the hat/sword/ect to any color/design they want. |

Simply, the decal is the texture, the mesh is a mesh, it is not a decal
