So there's supposed to be a Windows 8 coming out. Try googling and find as much as you can. Then tell everyone in this thread what you don't like and like or some neat features.
I heard it's based off Windows 7 and Windows Phone 7.
Basically there's this start screen (Windows Phone 7 style).
Gah. Still being approved.

It has access to IE10 (Internet Explorer 10), this new App market and more stuff like Microsoft Office.
Then there's desktop mode.
Still being approved too.

Is this some kind of joke? Isn't it completely different?

There is a site that tells everything about it. I'm all ears to what they say about it! But it's not the end of Windows.. :D |

By the way, this is not only for computers, but for laptops and tablets too.
It is touch-compatible. |

| It's called Windows Azure. It's mainly for business computers, but can facilitate entertainment. :-P |

Since it's based off the Windows phone, I'll think I'll pass.
If you ask me it looks terrible

| My problem with linux is the .exe thing... You have to use the terminal to get java and stuff... So confusing. |

I really don't think linux is that great.
You're downgrading your PC by doing that in my opinion. |
