| They seem to let anyone join VAC. About 75% of the members are flamers. The other 25% are actually devoted to Vak and want to serve in it. 25%<75% makes it so the promoters can never see the devoted VACs. With so many members it is impossible for Vaks to remember the names they said would guve a promotion to. |

| I just realized because I just now rejoined. Before that, I remember with it being only a cadet division. |

| With the majority of the people ticking off the actual vak, it is making it harder for me to rejoin. |
