The U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics reported 3.8M violent crimes in 2010, down from 4.3M in 2009.
Why is this? Why does crime keep plummeting year after year? What has changed? |

@Grim I agree with the first three, but the last three are BS. You may think I oppose these social programs, but in the way they describe it, as programs where teenagers can actually go and do something productive, are definitely good for society. |

Well if you lock up about 95% of the people the average Police Officer merely walks past, chances are you might stumble upon a few of em' rotten Apples.
