I'm pretty sure plenty of people have thought of this.

Okay, let's begin. After the "!", "?", or "." at the end of each sentence, you should put a space.
Lesson concluded. |

But in seriousness:
The way most clans train is flawed. They throw you into an arena, and the people with the most KOs advance in the group. People don't learn anything from that. However, that is not to say that it has no use. It does allow the people who are more advanced to be noticed. What should go along with it, in my opinion, is that you explain the basic techniques of a weapon, and then test them a few times to see where they are at. After that, you can show them the more advanced ways to use it and go into specifics at of a weapon in comparison to other weapons (e.g. Which weapons to ignore when your starter-pack contains LinkedSword, LinkedRocket, LinkedMultiRocket, LinkedSuperball, and LinkedBomb ; Note that the answer may vary as you teach them the uses of more weapons and they figure out how to use them).
Another thing that I personally think is great is training given entirely through writing it. This is used mainly for teaching something like Scripting. You have them set up studio, tell them about the script, what it is supposed to do, and the lines for the script. After that, you give them the critical thinking of analyzing the lines of the script and figuring out what each thing does (an example being a for loop. What do the numbers after "i" show? What is the value you are changing in the object?). After that (which should have been a basic example of the concept), you can show whoever it is you are teaching/training a longer type of script to show a practical use of it. After that, you have them come up with a way it can be applied to the clan world.
Sorry for the length of this. |

Also a lovely bit of 1 on 1 training never hurts. It's a great way to prepare future leaders of the clan.
