The following is a long forum post, and if you are not interested in reading please don't comment below as Me and many others want to see real FeedBack from anyone from 1st rank of a small group to the leader of a large one. Also I spent very long writing this so some sort of FeedBack would be appreciated.
As we use the term balanced for Forts/OutPosts/HQs we refer to it as being a 50/50 chance of winning against that group. I my slef belive there is actually no Fort that actually fits this description, however is there a problem with that? Some people also refer "Balanced Forts" to "Fair Forts", but there is a huge difference between the two. Like I said before balanced is 50/50, equal values of both sides that will show a random outcome, Fair however can mean anything. To me "Fair" means the owner of the Fort have the advantage, more of a 80/20 chance of winning, and why Shouldn't they have a better chance of winning? It's their Fort people, you play by their Rules! However there are certain aspects that turn Fair into Un-Winnable!
These are a few: 1. At some VAK bases(Swampy Moon)there has been proof of teleporters to the enemy spawn. This is very unfair as the FF time from when you spawn is very short(3 sceonds). Also the Outpost is very, very large, meaning it isn't "Fair" that the raiders have to walk all the way to the VAK base only to wait at a Gate for you to be sniped from the un seeable tower by an over powered, over accurate sniper rifle. 2. If raiders spawn with a simple magnum and sword, mean while the other team(VAK and even some VAC)spawn with a 1 hit KO sword and 4 hit KO rapid fire gun. What angers me more is that it isn't even possible to abtain those weapons as a raider. 3. The vehicles at Outposts are designed so that only the group members(I appoligize for using VAK as an example so much)are able to drive/pilot them even if we manage to kill the driver/pilot.
Now I want to present some Rules that should be applied to the Team defending. 1. The un-balanced Tech is completely fair, if it was completely balanced it would be 50/50 and winning would mean nothing. 2. The owners of the base have the right to spawn inside their base, however don't have the right to hide behind that gate unless there is another Entrance Some how(EDOF: Outpost 3) 3. The defenders have the right to Denie your raid as long as it wasn't planned by atleast one of the groups.
So that is my opinion. Like I said before(although you may not have remembered), that I spent a very long time writing and thinking about this topic so supportive comments are appreaciated.

They don't have to be fair..
Ex.
If the US raids a Russia fort, would Russia be fair and give them weapons and other stuff while fighting?
Or when they be as cruel as they can be and using it towards their advantage?
This is realism, it doesn't have to be fair.

My idea of fair, and I have always practiced this, is to give the people attacking the same guns as the people defending, and make an actually way to win ie capture a flag timer, or get to a set number of KOs.
Big clans tend to change the definition of "Fair" and "Balanced" so they dont look like total noobs who rely on the map to win. |

what we're talking about here is discussing how clans define "fair" and "balanced" and how we can make it so they really are fair and balanced.
Roblox clan wars are a controlled environment without anything of true value at stake, their purpose to have fun and braggin' rites
if they arent fair we can change and should change that instead of just being admin killed or having someone teleport to us kill us and make us walk 15 minutes to fire 1 shot at the enemy

Well said. But I do think there is a point that it shouldn't be 50/50. It should be more 60/40 to the Groups Advantage. I mean it is their fort they should have some advantages.

I think what it comes down to is the attackers need to be smart.
Leaders of opposing clans shouldnt order their members to attack a base with like 80/20 odds, that's just dumb.
HQs should be like 80/20-30 strategic forts should be like 60/40 and warzones should be close to even as possible. This means giving them actual weapons and objectives. |

| Well then we should organize some good clan leaders and have them form something that makes sure maps are certified "Fair" as either an HQ Fort or Battle Zone |

@L3 go, at swampy there are no 'teleporters' to the spawn, your ff isn't three seconds, its five, you have plenty of time to run to cover while your ff is up, our swords aren't one hit KO, they are the same as regular swords, they just have a different mesh
our guns are not four hit KO, get it right, if there are snipers, you should be able to spray them with your gun and at least push them back, and usually over half of our members there are out in the field shooting you
also, at Kaznan, we have a big drop ship to search for you, there are about eight different ways to get to the point to get over the valley, and into the base, don't complain about it, its meant to be jungle-style fighting, and whatnot
