| When using edit mode to edit GUI's (Which is the only way) the centre of the screen isn't the centre of the screen of a normal player, so how can I do it correctly? Is there any positions I should know? |

| I mean without scripting, just positioning it in StarterGUI, I might have put this in the wrong forum :/ |

That's not a script thing, it's a properties window value.
If you drag a gui around, you'll get a "offset" based position. In the properties window, you'll see the position as {0,something}, {0, something}. If you want to position it scaled to the window size, you need to use the "scale" values: {0.30,0}, {0.40,0} same for size.
I didn't find a good description on the wiki. If anyone knows of one let me know.

| For the canter of a screen you need to set the scale position as {0.5, 0}. for both X and Y positions. |

| To scale this, do you mean in the command bar? |

Roblox Studio [> Edit your place] > View > Properties Navigate to your Gui in Explorer > Look at the properties window > Size > Click on it to edit. |

| I have the properties open, are we talking about Billboard GUI's? Because I use Frames. (Which is probably the wrong thing to use) |

Set the gui's position to
{0.5-X_Scale_Size/2, -X_Offset_Size/2},{0.5-Y_Scale_Size, -Y_Offset_Size/2}
so if the size of the gui would be {0.4, 100},{0, 40} then the position would be:
{0.5-0.2, -50},{0.5, -20} |

"{0.5, -650},{0.5, -50}"
This didn't seem to work. Just for the info: I am trying to create a "Dashboard" GUI that covers the screen, But when I go ingame and maximise the gui moves!
I am using the StarterGUI right now aswell. |

The Hierachy is: StarterGUI Billboard GUI Mainframe (Frame) TextLabel
I want the mainframe to cover a part of the screen, wherever, or however it is resized.
