Is there some way to use PHP/SQL without some huge software and a s1te(i haz)? Hasn't someone made a "compiler" to translate it to html?

You can't. HTML only describes how it displays content, not the actual content itself. Well, it could, but if you want dynamic pages then you need JS or some other language like PHP. |
