"They don't ALL suck, otherwise you wouldn't be using the internet and wouldn't be on this site. " They DO all suck, the thing is we use the ones which ones we think suck least.
Midori is the only browser I've ever used that doesn't have a 100mb ram hike from loading a, quite literally, 5kb page with no images. It, however, is not supported by anything at all. And also crashes for no reason sometimes. Firefox has serious issues with garbage collection. Chrome DOES NOT perform with a load average more than 1. And also crashes xorg sometimes. (Hey, you're trying to close me? OH YEAH? *crashes xorg*) IE has so many things wrong with it that we should just forget it ever existed. Links is not very HTML standards compliant.

| Safari was the "Easiest to hack" browser, and probably still is. |

| Opera is awesome, and Safari is at least on par with Firefox. |

| I personally use Epiphany 3.0.1 when on Ubuntu or Fedora as it is lightweight and fits in well. It is also simple, on my Ubuntu system I have it set up with one section of items, and tabs go below. On Windows (I use it to compile my C programs for Windows) I use Firefox nightly builds. |

I have IE9, FireFox, and Chrome. but I use Chrome the most, with IE only for the rare occasion something isn't compatible with Chrome.

>Laughing at me using Nightly (I think you were at least) I hardly use Windows, so why not? Nightly may crash quite a bit, but if I only use it for light browsing when I am on my Windows PC as I only use it for compiling, why not? I help the Mozilla developers by giving bug reports, making the final release better.
Oh, also I run Ubuntu 11.10 Beta 1 on a USB stick for the same reason. |
