No. Nothing anyone ever says will convince me that the state can have the right to kill a human being under the guise of "justice". There is a difference between justice and revenge, and it is important that a society recognizes that. Otherwise, they are just a bunch of glorified barbarians. |

| No human deserves death. At the moment (of the trial) the criminal does not pose a inmediate threat, and there are non-lethal solutions. |

Life in prison isn't any better.
Being killed by a painless chemical reaction isn't that bad. And yes, I believe if someone commits something that bad, they obviously deserve it. Someone who kills 10 people isn't much of a member of society. |

So let's just waste millions on the people who are deemed unable to live amongst normal society instead of just using a cost efficient and overall better alternative.
Even though you would like the showers, prison isn't as fun as it sounds. |

| I am 100% for the death penalty. It depends what the person does. For example: if someone killed 10 people then I think they should get the death penalty. It may be immoral; but if someone does something to that extent then they DESERVE the Death-Penalty. People who go out on a rampage and kill others do NOT deserve to live in this world. |

You can't put a dollar sign on human life. We're not chattel.

Dohohohoh.
Then improve prison conditions.

Killing anyone for any reason other than to protect yourself is immoral. Why would you accept it in one case, but not the other? |

Yeah, that's possible.
And killing a serial killer is self-defense of many people. |

Norway did it very well.

That's not how self-defense works. |

| Serial killers aren't really people that should be allowed to continue living at all, because they usually made sure a lot of other haven't either. That is, literally, justice. |

I say we put all the prisoners who deserve death life in prison and forced to do hard manual labor.
No joke. |

| Justice, in your mind, is organized vengeance. You don't care about human life if you want to destroy someone for destroying others. |

Criminals should be enslaved by the government.
Then we can make them print out money from their printers so we can pay back china our debt. :P

| Justice in Grim's mind is giving serial killers a right which they took from multiple people. |

They already are.
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
The second part is the most important. |
