In some scripts that are long, like Anaminus' CmdUtl (which is 4868 lines long), it can be hard to find the right part. With script bookmarks, this can be fixed.
Idea:
You can click on one of the line numbers and designate it as a starting line, and the same for the end line. Then you give the bookmark a name (Ex. TeleHandler). A small tab would appear to the right of the line numbers that appear when you are in the script editing interface. (Note: the tab does not move with the script when you scroll down, it stays on your screen the entire time). By clicking on the tab, it takes you to the line of code that you specified as the starting point. The entire part of code, the startpoint and the endpoint would be highlighted.
I would love your feedback, but please no mean comments. If you have some criticism, then tell me it, but not "Wow. This idea sucks".

Edit > Script > Add marker
Make sure that you have the line selected. |
