After 2 years, I've come to my sense about current training standards. Everyone must improve their skills, and most importantly have fun while doing that. Also to meet new and existing clan members.
Current Training Standards:
1. Sword Fighting. Pathetic Excuse for a training. Since when does pressing 4 buttons and click with your mouse give you skill?
2. Gun Training. This is alright but it doesn't even represent a real challenge. At least it requires brain cells unlike Sword Fighting.
New Training Standards:
• Training must be held a minimum of 3 times per week.
• Each training must have admin without abusive commands
• Training must present a challenge to oneself and to their teamates.
• Training must be more creative.
• The place holding training should be secure and not popular enough to attract random people.
Some Creative Trainings:
1. A Maze, wether it be dark or light.
2. Building, together or solo
3. Boot Camp Training.
4. Raid Simulations (Try a Carbine, Shotgun, or Pistol.)
========================================================
Admirals should start to take this into effect :)

Building a place can present a challenge to an Admiral so that is a plus.

Well, y'know. Swordfighting skill is also pretty important in a raid.

Admirals/Developers from SC and Just RAT could work together on building places for this.

YES! We need more trainings. I'm stuck at conscript with no one to raid.

You need gun trainings if you want to raid. Swords hardly does anything as most places have guns.

The reason why I said braincells is because you need to aim.

Swords are a weapon of choice though neo. I prefer swords over guns, but I could win a raid with either kind.

Naruto, gun fighting is much easier than sword fighting. You underestimate the skill it takes to sword fight.

Of course you may spaz attack and such, but good sword fighting implement skill into the actions. They use the sense of "where is my opponent's sword" or "does he have low health?"
