| Tyler/Odd Future is WAY better than Wiz. Tyler, The Creator is also pretty well known since his release of Goblin. |

| @bio When did anyone mention Eminem here? Quit making assumptions. And if Tyler is to mature, Then why is Eminem the guy who made a song about killing his wife not "to mature"? |

@jason
I'm not making assumptions, I'm talking about MT in general. There's a minimum of 1 topic about Eminem in MT, always.
As for Tyler go listen to just about any one of his songs and pay attention to the lyrics. Then tell me if you think Tyler is less mature then Eminem. Also by mature I also mean that a lot of people here probably wouldn't understand a lot of his lines and references. |

Alot of people show to MT Make one thread about Eminem or a popular artist get insulted and leave. It happens.
By your logic not understanding lyrics and refernces means your not mature?
Also People on MT constantly tell people to listen to an artist or their songs so don't ever expect me to look someone up because you want me to listen to lyrics. |

I'm not telling you to go listen to him, I'm suggesting you do before trying to troll an artist you've never even heard.
"By your logic not understanding lyrics and refernces means your not mature?"
Lol that's not my logic at all, that's you trying to interpret what I'm saying in a bad way and to criticize me about it. Anyways it doesn't mean you aren't mature, it means that the things being said or references to events/well known people may be mature in the sense that you haven't heard them yet because you're too young, not because you wouldn't understand them if you heard them. |

When did i troll him? You said Eminem fans weren't mature enough for Tyler. The guy who talks about hating his mother and killing his wife isn't for mature people i guess. "means that the things being said or references to events/well known people may be mature in the sense that you haven't heard them yet because you're too young, not because you wouldn't understand them if you heard them. "
Ok apprently not knowing certain news or certain people means you aren't mature. Not knowing a person or an event isn't mature, But you said Eminem fans aren't mature enough when Em drops the f bomb in like every song and more then likely says something violent. Okey dokey. |

I never said listening to an artist makes you mature, i was debunking what he said that listening to Tyler The Creator means you are mature but listening to Eminem doesn't with no logic behind it whatsoever. It's like saying
"I watch the Simpsons and you have to be mature to see because they talk about stuff some people don't know"

Not like it was a that severe. If the arguement was like this i would understand
"U FRICKIN SUCK U NOOB U NO LIKE TYLER HE TO MATURE"
"NOBDOY LIKE U YA DUMMY GO EAT MUSHROOMS YOU GREEN FUNGUS"
And wiz khalifa is one of very last rappers i would give an award to. |

@jason
I'm not too sure why you're in this thread if you don't like Wiz khalifa and you haven't even heard Tyler, The Creator. Anyways I'm not gonna bother keeping up with this discussion much longer if you keep trying to criticize my small details and so on.
I never said you have to be of a certain maturity to listen to a certain rapper. I do believe though that you need a certain amount of maturity to listen to a rapper and really understand the point they're trying to get at. I used to listen to Eminem and Tyler at the same time. Why would I bother making an argument saying one group of people has a certain amount of maturity becaue they listen to Eminem and one group has a higher maturity if they listen to Tyler. I believe that Eminem is a good rapper for the most part, I just think that most of the things he's trying to convey are easier to understand.
Of course this is my opinion, you're welcome to your own as I am to mine. |
