| If you are trying to make a tool and you put it in hopper bin and hopper bin in starter pack, is that correct? i also put it in backpack |

Tools go in the Backpack (Also, both starter regions)
Hopperbins go in the Backpack (Both starter regions too)
Scripts go in Tools OR Hopperbins Local Scripts go in tools OR hopperbins.

Put the script anywhere you want aslong as the script knows where the tool is.
I can put a script in Workspace, a Tool in backpack, And still be able to control the tool. |

like this one:(freeze tool) i cant get it to freeze me tho i put it in hopperbin then starter pack

1, Your function has no connection line so that its triggered. It is also missing a Selected event
2, A tool is like a sword, You can see it. A hopperbin is like a teleport tool. You cant see it and it is not visible in any way. |
